Original package was torn , plugged radio in with supplied wire harness and nothing worked, checked power at the fuse on the backside and there was 12.9v but screen wouldn't work.. only option with return/refund was a refund , all I wanted was to have another one sent out to replace this damaged unit.. now im told to return it and have to wait up to 30 days for refund ... 😒 ... show more

    • This is a great replacement for a good price for a new entertainment system!
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it ! I installed it myself and it was easy, I did have to modify the connector just slightly for the factory rear camera (I cut the alignment tab on the male connector and it worked perfectly) . We had had to change a setting for Automatic a/c and change a setting for the rear camera lines to work ! We are amazed by the quality of this new radio and it fits perfectly with the dashboard ! It is big and looks great ! It looks like a Tesla screen ! ... show more

I was ready to buy a 2025 chevy because I wanted a updated feel inside my 2014 chevy malibu ltz. My steering wheel controls work as before, my A/C and heat works perfect, my heated seats, my original backup camera works even better because now I have the guide lines that weren't there before. Now I have connectivity with my phone and apps like new cars. It was so simple to install I kept questioning myself why so many plugs weren't being used that were used originally. Even my Bose factory system works great. It fit perfectly in place. $450 for radio, $28000 plus interest...a better value and money saved. Road trip time!! ... show more

I installed this on my 2015 chevy malibu, I like the touch screen and it's nice to see maps bigger, but the instructions aren't very clear and there are basically no tutorials for the install online. It does come with a backup camera but requires some expertise to setup as you have to wire it yourself and know what plugs where as the instructions aren't clear either. I've had mine for over a year and use it daily. You can also set your own background using the included cable for a USB-A. The system uses android. Very cool upgrade. ... show more
