It is a good utility hose, but to soft for my liking. Because it is soft, it does tend to kink. If the color change does not bother you go for it. But for the price there are better garden hoses out there. I bought it partially because of the brass fittings.

I needed a second everyday hose for use around the house. Not for long term sprinkler use or to leave unrolled in the yard but one to be able to move around for watering plants, rinsing off outdoor furniture etc. this is perfect. It is light weight and very flexible. Far more flexible than my usual heavy duty hose. It makes it easier to move from one part of the yard to another; detach and reattach to the different water faucet around the house and then it’s bright yellow color is very easy to see across the drive way preventing anyone from Driving over it . We needed another flexible hose and always shop first on Amazon, which most often has the very best pricing and free shipping with Prime. We have other hoses for our rural property, and this hose has several important features that we prefer and is not always available in others, the brass connectors that won't rust. It's flexible enough for easy roll-up and storage. Overall, this is a quality hose that appears to be well made and, at 50' it's just the right length for watering plants on, and around our deck.     • Full of kinks. So kinky.

This garden hose has more kink than Amsterdam's red light district. It's advertised as no kink. Well, it's got kink all over. I draped it around a hose stand and I used its natural roll. But e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e I use it and pull a few rolls off the stand I have to contort it to unkink it. So frustrating. When I pull the whole thing off the stand and extend it all the way out into my yard, it's like I'm wrestling with a giant anaconda, trying to twist the kinks out. I like the color. It's not green, which is a change of pace for the garden hose user community. And the brass fittings seem nice and sturdy. But it's so kinky it just makes me uncomfortable and not want to use it. Edit May 27, 2023: This still kinks and is a daily frustration when I unroll it to use. Some other reviewer mentioned how nice the yellow color is. Well after a month and a half, it looks like a yellow candy cane that has been sucked hard on, exposing the white, brittle, kinky candy underneath the thin layer of artificial coloring. If you have a Costco membership, go get that 100 ft. green Flexon Flextreme hose for $28. I did. ... show more

I was looking for a hose and bug zapper to prepare for the spring season. I am quite happy with this hose because of how light weight that it is and highly visible. I am prone to tripping on cords and hoses or forgetting them outside haha. This is easy to move around, long enough to reach the areas I need in my big yard, and grabs my attention for anywhere outside. Living in Kansas, it is nice this is all weather because it gets really cold here. It will be nice to have it hang around for a while.
