As a no screen mama, we have loved this and so has our kiddo! Overall it’s very easy to set up, has great battery life, is portable, and fun! We are all singing the songs now and it makes us laugh. We have a one year old and he knows how to turn it on easily and that the Tonie figure has to be on the top to play so it’s very intuitive! Spoiler alert - my husband is the one that figured out you CAN change the song - tap the side of the Tonie box! Recommend!

We love!!! It’s super easy to work and has an app to go with it for parental controls. The set up was a breeze and our kiddo loves to play with his tonies for a screen free entertainment! It’s easy to move around the house or take on the go. It’s great for under one year and can change to games and books as they grow with it! The battery lasts long enough that we don’t see an issue with it. We’d definitely buy one again!

I bought the Toniebox 2 for my son for Christmas. It worked at first, but a couple of days later it completely stopped turning on. There wasn't a light, sound, or indication that it was charging at all. My husband found some way to reset it and it worked, just sucked that we had to do it in the first place. But its cute! I left it plugged in for over 24 hours and tried all of the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing helped. After looking into it more, I found a lot of similar reviews describing the same issue, which makes this feel like a known problem rather than a one-off defect. It’s disappointing, especially for a product that isn’t cheap and is meant for kids. I really wanted to like it, but it’s unusable at this point. I’d suggest Tonies address the reliability issues before I could recommend it.
