Great product! It was a little intimidating at first there is a lot of pieces, but it took about two hours to put together, the instructions were fairly simple. Very straightforward picture instructions, as soon as I got it together, I plugged it in. It asked me if I wanted to connect to my wireless Internet so I did and it told me there was an update available It downloaded the update. This cabinet is well built and stands up to my rigorous gaming. It comes with 15 games but I bought it just to play the Mortal Kombat titles. I've had a simple issue with one of the buttons not responding, so I reached out to customer service and Kristina proved very helpful, replying even on the weekend! I bought this for Christmas and was a little skeptical. My little ones can be rough with toys and joysticks but surprisingly this is very durable. Set up sucks, I won’t lie..it took us about 1 hr or so to get it all together and this thing is HEAVY. But…the games are a blast from the past! It’s a lot of fun and tall (we are going to have to get stools for this) and so far after a month it’s going strong even with us slamming on the buttons and rough handling on the joy stick when playing mortal combat. I don’t know what we will do if it breaks down, but I seriously think this was worth the money and it’s much cheaper here than it was at kohls. ... show more
