My 3 year old got this for her birthday a few days ago and it’s the toy she still plays with constantly. One thing if you order this camera: it will take time for it to warm up and get working. I thankfully thought to take it out of the box ahead of time and make sure everything was working and switched out the memory card for something larger (an Amazon 128GB - allows 6000+ photos). The screen kept freezing and the photos were delayed when I clicked the shutter. The manual will tell you how to set up the camera as well as reset it when that happens. After about the first hour and near disappointment it started working great!!! Give it some time and just reset it the way the manual tells you (it may take several tries). It’s a little funky to get used to the controls, but once you do it’s smooth sailing. My daughter already knows how to use the features and has taken tons of photos. Definitely a hit. Giving 5 stars for a happy toddler despite the setbacks. ... show more

Both of my kids fight over this toy. The idea is so cute. They love to take pictures of everything! It’s just little and the perfect size! After only a few uses, however, the shutter button broke. Which rendered the entire thing completely useless. You couldn’t look at old photos, take new photos, or even play the few games they have preloaded. I was so sad! He’d just got it for his birthday. Months later I was still bugged it broke. So I contacted the company, explained the situation, and they were great to work with! They immediately sent us a brand new camera! I have to give the company props, their customer service is the reason I am writing this review! My husband took apart the broken one, discovered the reason it had broke, and reinforced the new button so it wouldn’t break. We’ve had it several months now and it’s still holding up great! However, if you don’t have someone handy and tech savvy around this might not be the product for you. It originally was prone to break. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So cute watching my three year old take pictures I had to buy a second one for my one year old. He stages things to photograph and it is adorable seeing the creativity flowing. It fits perfectly in his hands (it’s smaller than I expected but that’s a good thing), is nice and light, doesn’t die too quickly, and the quality of photos looks pretty good. I go through and delete the pointless pics and so far there’s over 500 images with no issue of storage space. My only issue was it comes with games like Snake and Tetris which some may see as a good thing but when he finds his way to the games when he’s button mashing, he just wants to play them, then he gets upset that he’s not good at it, so then he wants to watch me play the games and as fun as Snake and Tetris are, I’d rather him be off taking pictures of the cat while I eat lunch in peace 😆 I’d say it’s worth the price (obviously, since I bought a second one in a different color) and would make for a great gift for I’d say a 3-6 year old. ... show more

Below is my original review however since posting this I was contacted by Seckton's customer service and they helped replace my broken one with a new one that charges. My daughters love these cameras. They're a perfect size for toddlers/small children and a lot of fun for them to play with. I will continue to purchase them as gifts knowing if there are any issues this company will work with you to make it right. Thank you!! Old Review: Purchased a blue and a purple one but the blue would not show the red charging color from the beginning. It came fully charged so I thought perhaps it needed to run out of battery to charge but that is not the case. Charging never worked and we are out of return window. So disappointed. My 4 year old son got this camera for Christmas last year- we've had it about 9 months. Works well. I don't love how it's not straight forward for him to use as far as buttons go, don't love that there's games on it. But he's really enjoyed snapping photos. Today I went to finally upload his hundreds of photos onto my Mac. I'm a computer savvy individual and I was going through the videos he had taken accidentally and tried to delete a small batch of those- I highlighted about 10 videos and dragged to my computer trash and BOOM just every picture disappeared from the card. They aren't in my computer trash, not on the card, no where. Idk wtf happened, but I can tell you I cried not getting to see all those pictures he took from his point of view- pictures of me and his little sister, pictures of his little hands and feet. Invest in something different.... not this Chinese BS. ... show more
