now that we are alternating face-to-face and remote learning - this chair is HEAVEN! I was looking for lumbar support and cushion. I highly recommend it for the price! I found myself sitting on the edge of my chair and slouching forward until this chair. I am 5' 6" and I can sit with my rear to the back of the cushion and my feet touch the floor. At the highest level they are a few inches off the ground, but I don't use that setting. However, if you had a higher table you could. There is a nice cushion under my knees and lumbar support so I can sit straight up, but feel comfortable. You can easily change backrest with the turn of a knob under the seat. It provides support up to my shoulders - I do not need head support for the work I am doing. It alleviates the tension in lower back and the shoulder slouching. I'll have to update the review in 6 months to see how the cushion withstands the increased sitting time the rest of the school year as well as any wear and tear of the material. For now, I'd say this is an excellent purchase! The assembly took about 20 minutes. They delivered to my home and I did it old school and there were no issues. The instructions are straightforward .I assembled at the end of a long Friday -installation is easy! I definitely recommend and do not regret the purchase one bit. (I did notice the seat wobble at first, but that was because I need to take it off and put it back on the center pedestal - I had not installed all the way into the hole). Great wheels and rolls smoothly! LOVE the chair!!!

I was in need of an home office chair to replace a very old but very cushioned over-sized office chair I have had in my home office for well over a decade. My old chair while very cushioned was also NOT comfortable for long term use. Initially, yes, but more than 30 minutes at a time and I would feel it. I did an exhaustive search on the internet and found my top 10. Here's what was important to me in choosing a chair. I wanted something that offered good lower lumbar support. I wanted something that felt sturdy. I wanted something big enough to be comfortable, but not too so big that it was cumbersome to get in and out of. I wanted something that offered full back support, and a head rest would be nice. I wanted something that would allow me to lean back in it. I wanted something that was heavy enough to not tip over, but not so heavy that it was hard to move around in... I found a few that fit this description, and then I started looking at pricing. I work in IT and can spend HOURS in my office chair some days. I definitely wanted something comfortable, so I looked at the really well known chairs that had a reputation and a very high price tag. Then I found this one. It was reasonably priced with genuine leather. After seeing good things, I was ready to take a chance.So I ordered one, and it arrived at my home sooner than expected. I was able to get the chair put together with the tools provided in less than a half hour. The chair felt tight and sturdy. The chair can rock or stay solid. And of course you can raise or lower the seat. I have used the chair for several days now, and I couldn't be more impressed. I like it so much I will buy a second chair in the black design. The seat is comfortable, the options are fantastic, and the look is very modern and cool looking. I highly recommend if you are looking for a high end home office chair that won't break the bank.

The media could not be loaded. My chair arrived with a broken headrest, which was disappointing. I was able to get in contact with the seller, and they were very responsive and easy to work with. They arranged a replacement headrest that arrived within a week or two (it was shipped internationally), and the seller kept me updated the whole time. When the replacement arrived, the seller also provided clear picture instructions for installation. I did consider returning the chair, but decided to try resolving the issue with the seller instead and I’m glad I did. It worked out well. I originally gave this 4 stars, but now that everything is fixed, I’d rate it 4.9 stars (slight deduction for the initial issue and replacement process). Overall, it’s a quality chair. It’s comfortable for long hours of work or study, and also great for relaxing when you need a break. It feels sturdy and well-made, moves smoothly, and looks stylish. So far, I’m very pleased. Uploaded is a new video after headrest was fixed.

The chair is very nice and appealing. The cushions are comfortable,not too soft or too firm. I don't like a cushion that you sink down into and have them only get worse as time goes on. This is as high back as I thought, but then again, I am at the office and can't be lounging around. The chair has good height settings. The chair back does lean back & forth, although I am not going to be reclining during work

The headrest came completely broken off as seen on the other review. I tried to contact their support but it seems like their product support does not exist. Their customer service email also doesn't work... It will be a pain in the butt to return this thing.
