I'm extremely glad that I found this TV stand. My old TV tilted and cracked in the middle. Very sad. I immediately try to find a solution to replace the original legs came with theb TV. Instead of replacing my TV stand to accommodate the new style legs they put on flat screens, I bought the Perlesmith stand. It gave my new TV a sturdy base that fin on my old stand. It was easy to assemble and connect to the tv. It is very sturdy. Lots of size options.

I lost the original legs for my TV and needed to elevated it higher. Thus stand really did the job and was pretty easy to use. I would say that it does take two people to mount the TV, but other than that, it works perfectly.
