Not stable unless you screw it into your chair or your chair back is big enough to make a tight fit with brackets, otherwise it falls off anytime the chair is moved or you get up. Don't think they actually have this in gray color; ordered it twice and got blue, even though the bag's sticker says gray.

My chair has a plastic smooth back and this does not secure well to it. Even with bolts tightened all the way, it doesn't provide enough head support and kept slipping off.
