The media could not be loaded. I've been looking for a toaster that makes consistent toasts for years. I make four toasts every morning, and for some reason, no toaster could toast the second set the same way as the first one. Until that is I tried this one! Finally, I can start my mornings right without scraping the inside of my mouth with a burnt toast. During the week that I've had it so far, I was able to try out the additional features of this toaster. While I wasn't looking for a toaster that can reheat bread, I've been using this feature more often than I expected! It works exactly how you would expect; it reheats an already toaster piece of bread without it toasting it more. Now I don't have to time my eating perfectly with the toaster or avoid waiting for another pair of warm toasts! I usually don't toast my bagels, but I tried it once to see how the toaster does and it did an excellent job with that too! I really like the design of this toaster as well, it looks and feels premium and has the same finish on the sides as modern fridges. The dial is satisfying to rotate, and even the LEDs around the cancel buttons look high quality. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this toaster. I guess I needed a new toaster to replace the 30 year old toaster that was still working but cleaning the crumb tray and its outside appearance was not good. I like the slide out crumb tray on this toaster which makes cleaning easy. It certainly looks good and it does a much better job toasting bread or bagels than my other one which didn't toast evenly. In the picture, the blue light on the right is a cancel button which you push to pop the toast up. There is a defrost button and a bagel button, too. The nob on the left controls the amount the bread is toasted from light to dark. The cord on this toaster is much longer than my old one and comparing how evenly the bread is toasted, I guess I really needed a new toaster. I like it and I recommend it. ... show more

I haven't had a toaster in about 5 years. I got tired of toasting my bread in the oven so I decided to just get a toaster from amazon. It works pretty well! Easy to use and it looks nice with the rest of my kitchen appliance. It's lightweight. This toaster is nice and chic and gives the perfect toast 100% of the time. When you first plug it in it and press the level while it’s empty it smells like it will catch fire. It took me 3 times before I felt safe. This is perfectly normal and after reading the manual I found it was oil from the manufacturing process. You’re supposed to use it empty to burn this off. I bought this toaster because my wife loves her toaster oven, but it takes forever to make toast. So for just a small investment I got this one to make toast or bagels or whatever, quickly.
