I've had the resistance bands for about a month. The kit is very useful and can be adapted to support a number of exercises. I use the item daily during core work outs. This band has been a game changer. I use resistance bands a lot for mobilizations for my junky tight tissues. This band has allowed me to finally mobilize hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders with ease. The resistance has held true and I feel like I am getting a strong localized pull in the direction and force I need. I purchased the green 50-125 lbs. band an have found it very effective for all mobilizations thus far. I price can't be beat either! I searched around for a while and I'm glad I came upon these. I also was sent a lifetime guarantee with the band and outstanding customer service so far. I don't use this band primarily for exercises, so I can't speak too much in that aspect, but I'm impressed thus far. Thanks for a quality product and customer support. Antes de la pandemia, acudía regularmente al gimnasio combinando ejercicios de fuerza con sesiones de cardio (cuerda,escaladora, etc) pero desde el inicio de la pandemia solo he podido realizar ejercicio desde mi casa. Llevo varios ciclos de insanity, insanity asylum,Focus T25,insanity max 30 y si bien son excelentes para desarrollar resistencia cardiovascular, sacrificas un poco la fuerza. Es por eso que comencé de nuevo Tapout XT, el cual requiere el uso de bandas,e investigando en YouTube, llegué a éste excelente producto que es Coobons, las bandas son de gran calidad, versátiles, fáciles de guardar y transportar, los accesorios son geniales ya que te permiten emular desde casa varios ejercicios que solo podrías hacer en un gimnasio, solo he tenido anteriormente una banda de la marca gold's gym, la cual hizo su trabajo por mucho tiempo, pero desafortunadamente tuve que reemplazarla, tomando esa referencia, las bandas coobons tienen quizá por sí solas menos resistencia, pero con la característica de ser intercambiables, puedo generar la tensión necesaria para cada uno de los ejercicios de TO XT. Mis calificaciones hasta el momento con 2 semanas se uso serían: Durabilidad:10 Largo: 9 (mido 1.74m 5'8" y en ocasiones siento que estoy forzando demasiado la banda) Versatilidad: 10 Relación precio calidad: 10 Accesorios: 10 El único detalle por lo que no le doy las 5 estrellas, es que la parte metálica al final de la banda, puede entrar en contacto con tu piel, y es molesto o hasta un poco doloroso.

Through this whole pandemic that the world is going through has caused stress on your minds and body. Gyms closing down and unable to lift weights for someone who is active can create a stress that makes you think, "What should I do now???" And then came these little guys..... I'm super glad I bought these as it brought more accessibility to workouts at the ease of your own home and environment!! These exercise bands are a great purchase for anyone looking to do a full body workout as long as you put your mind to it. The resistance bands go up to 50lbs so obviously these aren't for heavy lifters looking to pull up there next PR, but for people to have a good sweat on the basics of the muscle groups. It comes with some ankle straps and other accessories but what really sells this is the door anchor! I haven't seen that part before and its awesome to allow me to work on other muscle groups that I wouldn't be able to adequately hit if it wasn't included. Great investment!! I highly recommend this to everyone!

I am very glad that I bought this. Great quality and material. This set was perfect and came with a variety of equipment such as: ankle straps, handles, resistant bands with 5 different types of pounds, a door anchor and a well written, informative user manual. This set was exactly what I was looking for! They are very durable and great to work with. The variety of pounds ranging from 10-50 is great and very useful and color codex to make it even easier. They are great for working out at home and I use them all the time. I absolutely recommend these to everyone.

I am definitely impressed with the quality of this band. I am 6' 5" (am reviewing this thru my wife's account) and weight 230 lbs. I was concerned about using the strap (any strap) with my foot seeing that when I hang from the pull up bar my feet pretty much touch the floor. Thinking that is a real looong stretch for any band - I initially used it with my knee. But after building up some confidence in the strap I did use it with my foot.. Steeetch -it gave no sign of weakening at all. I am really impressed. It appears they just had a price drop. Even so - I feel it was worth the price I paid. But with the recent price drop- could not resist - just bought another. (different size) Side note: The assistance it gives you in doing pullups is very smooth. Helping more at first then gradually tapering off as you get up to the bar.
