Sitting around waiting for my gym to reopen since the quarantine started has not been a smart weight maintenance strategy. And since buying a home gym didn't make a lot of financial sense for me, I search here at Amazon and found these resistance bands - and boy did I get lucky. These are exactly what I needed to hold me over until the lock down ends and things get back to "normal" again. Heck, for as much as I'm used to going to the gym, these might replace it. i received this product after a month and a half of waiting, the 50 lb resistance band is only 8 lbs resistance and the 40 lb is 12 lbs of resistance. there is a 90 day return guarantee in the bag and it says that the product is tribe booty stretchers. it might be stuffed in a coobons bag but it is not what i ordered. i hope i can get a refund these are really expensive for what they really are. not the quality product i was promised

Through this whole pandemic that the world is going through has caused stress on your minds and body. Gyms closing down and unable to lift weights for someone who is active can create a stress that makes you think, "What should I do now???" And then came these little guys..... I'm super glad I bought these as it brought more accessibility to workouts at the ease of your own home and environment!! These exercise bands are a great purchase for anyone looking to do a full body workout as long as you put your mind to it. The resistance bands go up to 50lbs so obviously these aren't for heavy lifters looking to pull up there next PR, but for people to have a good sweat on the basics of the muscle groups. It comes with some ankle straps and other accessories but what really sells this is the door anchor! I haven't seen that part before and its awesome to allow me to work on other muscle groups that I wouldn't be able to adequately hit if it wasn't included. Great investment!! I highly recommend this to everyone!

I never thought I would enjoy a “home gym”. I started with a few kettle balls, barbels and dumbbells but it just wasn’t enough to give me what I get from the gym. Wow. I have a nearly complete workout for all body parts. It’s the door anchor, handles and ankle straps that really make the difference. Anything that can be done with cables at the gym you can do with these bands. I bought a second set for the convenience of not having to move them around and to double up on a couple for heavier resistance. I “anchored” most mine to my elliptical, a pull up bar, and a chair. If you don’t have a heavy treadmill/ bike/ elliptical you can use the door anchor, on the top, side or bottom. The bands seem well made and I like that they're stackable. I'm not sure how they give these bands the 10 - 50 pound labels though. The reistance don't seem anywhere close to the weight the band is supposed to stimulate. For example, I stacked the 50 and 40 pound bands to use for tricep extensions and it feels more like a 30 pound tricep extension in the gym as opposed to the expected 90 pounds. Durability, stretch, and ease of use all seem pretty good though.

I've had these since early in the year, and, in fact, just bought a second set as a gift for my son-in-law. These are great for travelling because they take up little space. They take up even less space when I pack for my trips because I don't take all the bands and attachments I don't plan on using. I just take a couple of bands for the weight range I plan on using and the handholds, plus the piece that goes under the door so you can pull against a shut door. That's all I need. The good thing about these is that they are sturdy enough that you can step on them (barefoot or with socks on) and not worry about tearing them. What does that mean? Well, you can double the range of weight you pull against them by kneeling on them, for instance, if you want less resistance, or standing on them if you want more resistance. You can also vary the space between your knees or feet when you're putting your weight on them in order to vary the resistance. Hence, you don't necessarily need to pack all the bands if you're going on a trip and want to save some space. If you're creative, you can use these for all kinds of exercises for your legs, not just your arms and shoulders. In particular, lying down and strapping them to your ankles allows you to give your legs, buttocks, knees, and hips a great all-around workout also. I haven't had one break in all these months I've been using them. And I use them a few times a week, even at home when I'm not travelling. I've incorporated them into my daily workout routine on top of dumbbells and cable machine. If they ever break they're cheap enough that you can buy a replacement set if they're out of warranty. And they make a great gift for loved ones, or even a spare set to keep in your travel/trip bag if you travel a lot like I do. Enjoy!

Surprisingly durable and stretchy. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I initially attempted to order a more expensive set from a different brand but they were sold out. I opted for these after seeing an amazing price. You get a full set of bands, handles, ankle straps, and door anchor. All packaged in a solid drawstring bag. Good for the new to intermediate lifter. Easy to use and probably great for traveling or attempting to workout while staying in a hotel. If you're looking for an affordable piece of workout equipment, you can't go wrong with these.
