This is a pretty good toaster so far - I like the control dial, though setting numbers would be helpful in case you find a favorite setting, then move it for something and want to put it back where it was. I guess that is what permanent markers are for though. Not any easier to clean than other toasters - still the bits you can hear but no amount of turning and shaking will free from the toaster. I like that the cancel button stays lit while the toaster is operating, so that if you decide it's done before it pops up, it's easy to stop the toasting. ... show more

Pros: Easy to use, sleek retro design, nice white color w/chrome accents Cons: Black cord (looks ridiculous) but if you can keep it hidden, may be ok (We have white quartz countertops and other white counter top appliance. The black cord sticks out like a sore thumb) Also, the top of the toaster is extremely hot. Our old toaster was white plastic and metal slots. The white plastic stuck up 1-2 inches to give a small lip above the slots. This part never got hot! Children made own toast without worrying about burns. However, this toaster is all metal and no safety lip. So right where bread pops up can burn small hands if accidentally touched. So if switching between models there may be a learning curve for little ones and old alike! ... show more

This super cute but highly functional toaster is great! Extra wide slots for bagels and a setting to toast just the middle of the bagel not both side like most toasters. Also fits odd sized bread like sour dough rye etc

Toaster is lovely! The only issue is the color. I ordered the beige and the color is more of a sage, like the picture. I read reviews, none mentioned this issue so I ordered it. Other than that , very pretty toaster, but not beige.

Amazing toaster. Great job toasting anything I have tried. Easy to remove crumb tray. BUT, the exterior of the toaster gets VERY hot during toasting. I wouldn't want a child touching the toaster just after a cycle is completed. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, love this toaster.
