So far I’m giving this toaster 5 stars. I had a toaster that lasted at least 20 years, took it when my mother passed away. Pitched it when it was still working because I wanted wider slots for bagels. Bought Black and Decker returned after 2 days complete flop. Next cuisinart used it for two years, but it never really worked. Only toasted one side and ended up toasting not enough or too much. Only used my new one 1time and a huge difference, toasted perfectly and it looks great on my counter. I picked the black one and love it. The cuisinart shorted out and is in the trash. It pink and so pretty. Very retro. It makes the perfect color of toasted bread and bagels I love. The slots are good size. I don't need the four slice anymore, it's just me and my husband. I love my little pink toaster. It's gonna make me buy more pink appliances. Looks so good on my counter.
