I'm really pleased with this little toaster. It's slick and good-looking. The tray is easy to remove. I'm surprised to find I actually use the count-down timer - very handy. The only one-off star is because I didn't realize that, upon completion, *the toast does NOT LIFT!* It didn't occur to me to notice this feature - if asked, I'd have said all toasters have this feature, right? - and it's a minor nuisance, but I might not have bought it if I'd noticed (or it clearly said, "no lift up.") While I like it a lot otherwise, you may wish to find one comparable but with lift. It's a shame, because otherwise, this is a terrific toaster. ... show more

I love this toaster. I like the timer feature that lets you know how long it will be before your toast is ready. Nice and sturdy! I also like the defrost feature. I don't normally gush over appliances but this one is noteworthy!

This is a very capable and nice looking toaster. It isn't fancy, but has wide slots to accommodate bagels or pastry, and wide range of settings. Does the job!
