I was skeptical at first, but after reading the comments I decided to buy. This unique little toaster actually works! It functions as a toaster/oven. I love that it can be positioned to your liking and moving/adjusting it is so easy. Since we have limited counter space I keep mine upright in a toaster position. The product is easy to use. The only con I can think of is the size of the tray when you use the oven. It's a little on the small side. We usually use the oven feature when we heat up individual frozen pizzas. Or, you can use the oven to heat up smaller portions of food. Overall, my family loves this toaster. We are happy with it! ... show more

I travel for tournaments alot so we needed a lightweight toaster oven for hotel rooms.I made a 2 portion size serving of chicken parm in here and it came out great! Ninja products seem to be good quality. And the design is quite innovative. This toaster serves as a toaster oven when tilted down and a traditional toaster and upright. It accommodates wide pieces of sourdough bread and is great for quickly reheating small meals in the oven position. my only complaint is the Trey that comes out has a long handle. While useful there’s no convenient, place to store it when it’s in the upright position. Perhaps, if the bottom legs were longer, and provided a slot at the bottom between the counter and the toaster that I could slide the tray when not in use , this issue would be resolved. My only other complaint is the industrial nature of the beeps. I’m not a fan of the sounds that it makes when it’s done, but it does a good job nonetheless. I guess one other thing that needs improvement is once you press the handle down to initiate cooking. You cannot change the mode of the cooking. For example , often times I will insert bagels and press the handle down only to realize that toast mode is enabled. Pressing bagel does not switch it to bagel mode. You have to stop the cooking process which then releases the handle, popping up your bread or bagel knocking off all the seeds on the side . Then you have to choose the mode and press the handle down again. It’s been quite hard to turn this required process into a habit. I wish they would just let you change the settings even though the cooking process is already started. In the end, this ninja brand Seems to be doing good things. I recommend it but just be aware of some of the clunky aspects. ... show more

Our old toaster was dying and searched for a new toaster. The problem that I found is that all the regular toasters could not toast one slice of bread. It always came out done or burnt on one side and not browned or just right on the other. This Ninja toast one slice of bread PERFECTLY!!! I LOVE IT! I am in love with this toaster oven so far. It toasts and cooks to perfection! It is easy to store and use. I use it on a 2,000 watt inverter for all those truck drivers out there. It fits perfectly on the small freightliner shelf. What I noticed is the top gets hot but the bottom doesn't. Very easy to clean tray. I use foil sheets to help keep it clean. With the cost of food at the truck stops now a days. I highly recommend getting this. ... show more
