I have only had these for two weeks and I have noticed such a difference in my sore joints every time I take this. I work out every day, I’m slightly overweight, and I have middle age joint and muscle pain. These ease those aches related to all of those factors. Actually it’s too early to make an opinion on the product since I’ve only started taking it 3days ago. To be fair, you should wait 3 to 4 weeks before you can properly assess the efficacy of this product. But so far so good.
