I was a little leery of this bench, given some of the reviews I read. But, I was on a pretty tight budget, and all of the similarly priced, reputable brand benches were sold out when I was trying to purchase a bench. So, I figured I'd give it a go. Disclaimer: My experience with flat benches involves rickety barbell benches and the wobbly disasters waiting to happen at my community gym. With that in mind, this is by far the best bench I've used. Zero wobble. The pad is firm, but not in a bad way. 5'1" me is able to put my feet on the floor properly, there's ample bench length too, but then, I'm tiny. The handle and wheels are great for when I need to use my rack for something else, the bench is heavy! Assembly was extremely easy (seven bolts), and I added some blue tread locker for good measure. I do foresee the pad being the first thing to go, not that it's bad, but the rest seems exceedingly sturdy. Titan offers replacement pads and even a thicker replacement pad, so I'm not particularly worried, although it will interfere with my ability to upgrade if/when the pad needs to be replaced. So far I've done bench presses and various dumbbell maneuvers like tricep extensions, seated curls, concentration curls, rows, etc. Every time I marvel at how nice this bench is compared to others I've used. It honestly makes me wonder just how much better something like the widely recommended Rep FB-5000 is. Anyway, if you're on a budget, I'd say don't shy away from this bench by default. ... show more

I don’t like trying to bench on wobbly benches and adjustable incline benches just seem to be the worst for that. I just wanted something sturdy that wouldn’t collapse, bend, or wobble. This thing is perfect. It seems incredibly stiff and robust, yet is extremely lightweight so I can move it in and out of my rack with complete ease. The handle and rolling wheels make it even easier. The last thing I want to deal with during a heavy workout is having to waste energy moving benches around when I’m gassed, and this thing is just perfect. If I had to make any complaint about it, it’s that the Thompson fat pad I’m used to from my old gym might feel a little more comfortable for taking naps? But I actually think for lifting I prefer the pad that comes with this one. It’s just a flat bench, but it’s really really good at being a flat bench. ... show more

I have been weightlifting/fitness for most of my life. I am 56! So I know a thing or two of said subject. There’s a million benches out there incline decline multi-cline.... they all have their uses. But if you want to stick to no nonsense that gets the job done, without injury to shoulder joints and such, get a flat bench! At least for me this particular bench at the height of 17 inches is perfect at my height of 5 foot 10. In short my thighs are parallel to the ground when I sit on this bench,(stability comfort, safety) The quality is second to none and I don’t give a damn what a previous reviewer said about rust inside the pipe! Some people are just not happy unless they complain! I found that complaint to be ridiculous!! Lastly. They sent it very quickly and it was boxed and packaged completely to my satisfaction! You can’t beat the price and if you’re buying something more expensive you’re wasting your money! Bottom line is, I would buy it again and again and again! Oh and I don’t represent the company and I’m not affiliated with anything that sells any fitness equipment ,good luck and enjoy a healthy life...😉 ... show more

Originally all my tools to assemble the product came in a baggy and unfortunately it was missing the spring washers. Contacted their support right away and they emailed me back within the same day. They sent me the actual “box tool kit”, as shown in the photos, within the same week. Granted I only needed the spring washers but they definitely exceeded my expectations with great customer service. The product is overall great as well. You are able to do hip thrust and step up’s on this too. Mainly what I got it for because I couldn’t do this on my adjustable bench. ... show more
