The lights are bright and work well for me. The brackets for both the light and the panel are not strong enough to support them without bending. I have been using the lights on dust to dawn for two weeks now and has no problem so far with charging.

First of all, dont let the stock images scare you, these lights and panels are not as big as the pictures make them seem. But, they do pack a large punch for a small package. Setup is straight forward and the long cable is a must especially if you are installing on a fence like I did. I was able to install the solar panel facing south to take advantage of the sun but aim the lights east and west to light up our back yard. Honestly, 50% brightness is enough if you are just lounging around but if you are doing work at night, 100% would be more than enough to provide you with ample light to get your work done. I just use the remote to turn the light on and off because i dont want them to stay on all night and annoy our neighbors. ... show more

These were exactly what I was hoping to find for my shed! I wanted to hang some lights up inside my shed, however I do not have power run to it, so solar was an option. However, since I wanted the lights inside the shed, I needed solar panels with wires run to the lights. BINGO! These are perfect! I have a large 24x24 shed, 15' high and these light it up perfectly. I am so happy with them! They charge well and have been ready for me to use each time I have needed them. These are PERFECT for where you need a bright light but don't have adequate sunshine to charge a solar panel. You can place the panel in another location and run the wiring to where you need to mount the light. This is great for outdoor use, but what we've done is placed the solar panels outside, and mounted the lights INSIDE our warehouse -- now we have free lighting in the dark windowless warehouse and it's great! ... show more

I used these lights to illuminate a part of our property that is far from the house. The dogs go in that area at night and I wanted some light back there. The solar cells are well constructed and sealed from the weather. The lights similarly seem to very solid and heavy compared to other units I have seen.
