This 2pk of Physflex compression sleeves exceeded our expectations!! I ordered these for my hubby & I’ll be sharing the feedback I received from him in this review. The sleeves are bar none thee BEST he’s ever used & they work great for him. Using the sellers sizing chart, he measured at 14” which is the cut off for a size Large, & it provided him a perfect fit!! NOTE* be sure to measure 4” ABOVE your elbow joint (we measured at center crease of inside elbow & 4” upwards from the crease) NOT your bicep. There are discrepancies amongst other reviewers w/sizing stating to small/tight. If you stick to the sellers size chart & images shown, you can be confident finding your correct size. *TIP* if you’re right at the cut off of a size, only you can determine what will work best for you…sizing down will provide more compression, sizing up will be less. He was able to get them on with ease without an additional set of hands. They provide him excellent support & relief from his on & off tendinitis, tennis elbow, & nerve entrapment that he’s dealt with for years. The sleeves provide moderate compression throughout, yet still allow movement for daily activities & work. The work he does involves a great deal of repetitive motion such as; lifting (sometimes really heavy), constant back & forth motions with both arms & elbows, & pulling/pushing rather large items. The sleeves performed as promised, in that they did not restrict his motion which allowed him to perform all his tasks at work w/very little pain. He was able to keep them on all day while working & says they are super comfortable to wear & even forgets sometimes that he’s even wearing them. The BEST part for him is that the sleeves stay in place & don't not move a bit. He’s tried numerous other sleeves in the past, that would force him to stop what he was doing because they would slide down & he would have to re-adjust them. The sleeves being moisture wicking was super helpful & important living in the south. They kept both his arms & elbows cooler instead of hot & sticky. They wash up really nice by handwashing & don’t take long to air dry. The sleeves are quite longer compared to others & this was an added bonus because he’s a bigger guy at 6’10. So…if you’re looking for superior quality compression sleeves that provide relief, support, & comfortability look no further….because this is the set for you!!

I got this "PhysFlex Elbow Brace 2 Pack for Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief" for myself to restrict the movement around my elbow area to reduce some pain during sports. They work super well. The braces are flexible to fit, but also tight enough to do it's job. The price is very reasonable for a pair. I'm very happy with them and would recommend this product. Measurements worked for me. I fall into the smaller size of the large and it fits snug which is what I want. I'd imagine if you're on the larger side, you might want to consider sizing up. My only complaint is the material is thicker at my inner elbow, which causes the compression sleeve to bunch up and cause slight skin irritation and it's a bit itchy. I have hairy arms, and have to deal with hair getting pulled, but I haven't had that problem with this compression sleeve.

My bicep is 11.5-12”, so I ordered a medium, yet it is way too tight; it immediately cut off my circulation. THEN I ordered a large; and it is STILL too small!! S****y size chart! Order up two sizes!
