I’ve had this for a few months & have been using it off and on for a while. The quality is good, ease of assembly is great, adjustment is good, the size was decent. I don’t recall the price I paid but if I’m not mistaken, it was on sale and I got it at a fairly reasonable price for two. One was for me and the other was for my daughter. I love the colors and ease of putting the item away. It stores nicely in the box and is a fairly light weight item.

Picked up the Tinrief Thigh Exerciser to work on strengthening my pelvic floor and inner thighs. It's okay—gets the job done but doesn't blow me away. What Works: It provides resistance where it's supposed to. I can feel it working my inner thighs and pelvic area when I use it. It's compact and easy to store, so I can keep it by the couch or bed and use it while watching TV. Simple design, nothing complicated about it. Build Quality: It feels decent but not premium. The padding is comfortable enough, and it seems like it'll hold up with regular use, though I'm not sure how it'll fare long-term. Does what it needs to do for now. Ease of Use: Pretty straightforward. You position it between your thighs and squeeze. No learning curve or confusing instructions. The Meh Parts: The resistance level is fixed, so if you're looking for adjustable difficulty, this isn't it. It's fine for beginners or moderate exercise, but if you're already strong in this area, you might find it too easy. Also, nothing about it feels particularly special or different from other similar products out there. Overall: It's a functional piece of equipment that does what it's designed to do. Not amazing, not terrible—just solid and serviceable. If you need something basic for pelvic floor exercises at home, it'll work. Just don't expect anything fancy.

So far loving this exercise device. Its put together in one minute. Its comfortable on my thighs. Was skeptical on quality at first, but the quality is excellent. This is made well and will last. I can update the review after i have used it long enough and after I have used it in other positions. The exercise band it came with is made of cloth material and high quality. Excited to start using this daily! Am so glad i made the jump to buy this.

I’m giving this 3 stars because the picture shows the leg parts much closer together than they really are. I chose this one because of good reviews but when it arrived I realized If you have stiffness in your hips & knees the space is way too far apart to start as a beginner to build strength.The spring action is also quite firm which would add to the difficulty for a beginner wanting to build strength.. This might work great for someone who has fairly strong leg muscles , if your muscles are weak or your joints are stiff I would suggest looking for one with an adjustable spring.

I am5 ft 1" tall and the exerciser did not quite fit perfectly but I used it anyway. It works but would have liked to have a smaller model of the exerciser available! I would recommend it for anyone over 5 ft maybe 4 inches tall with longer leg lengths.
