Bought this to tighten things up below the equator… because apparently sneezing, jumping, or laughing too hard shouldn’t feel like playing urinary roulette. Let me tell you, using this contraption makes me feel like I’m training for the Vaginal Olympics. Inner thighs burning, core shaking, dignity slightly compromised - but hey, we’re doing the work. Bonus: My husband has no idea what it is and keeps asking if it’s a weird salad tong. I just smile and say, “Don’t worry about it. You’ll thank me later.” Would 10/10 recommend to any mom whose pelvic floor has seen some things.

I never review products, but this one deserves it. East to assemble and super adjustable for different positions (seated, standing, etc.). Sturdy construction and enough resistance to require some assertive effort for reps.

I’m not sure I like this product. It is well made and sturdy, however its functionality's seems limited. I think if it was larger in size, “arms” more extended, it would have been better and would actually feel I’m working out. By the way I’m a normal/ petite size person. I’ll probably be returning.

Easy to use pretty tight maybe this will get easier as I work out more. I can only do a few reps at a time then must rest. I walk 10k plus a day, but these are different muscles. Fatigue hits pretty quickly. Easy to put together. Easy to use, small and compact. You can change the tension a little by moving the product up/down your leg. Small and easy to store. Comes with a little book of suggested exercises and amount of reps to use. I chose the green, and it’s nice. Numerous low key colors if you’re not interested in all black equipment. Great design for the area. Really gets those inner thigh muscles
