I got this to replace my vivint system since they charge way too much for their service. It was very simple to install and honestly what took the most time was removing the old lock. I had it installed and programmed within an hour and I love that I have different codes for each person in the house. I also LOVE that it has actual keys if needed. The app is very straightforward, though I do wish it could lock the doors regardless of where I am (my old locks I could lock from halfway across the world, but this you need to be within about 2 meters so I can't even be in my bedroom and lock the front door) and I also wish the app told you if it was locked or unlocked on the app. It has the large button to do either but doesn't tell you the status of the lock. The fingerprint locks are wonderful too. Overall it's a good replacement though I do miss the other options ... show more

I was worried that I would run into problems putting this lock on my door. It was really quite simple and the directions were thorough. I have not yet put on the non-locking handle. My current handle does have a lock and I haven't decided if I want to swap it out. I like that I have the option to use or not use the non-locking handle portion. Setting fingerprints and passcodes was very straightforward. I live in a condo building and it is great to be able to send a code when maintenance needs to enter. My kids each get a code in case they ever need to get in. I will be interested to see how long the batteries last. The product information states they should last around a year. If that is the case I will be very happy. I might even add the battery changing to my Jan 1st smoke detector battery changing schedule. This is a very complete electronic lock set. It adds flexibility and security to my home. If I had other external doors I would add it to them. If you are ready to upgrade your door locks this set from Tinewa is a great choice. ... show more

I like the way this lock looks. It is very simple but has a lot of functionality and features. I prefer to use a code, but the app seems to be easy to use as well. I can see where this would be great to use for guests or a temporary rental. It is also affordable. I really like the auto lock feature. My kids loose their keys all the time and when I saw this lock I jumped on it. Very easy to install and setup was not too complicated. The finish on this lock is beautiful and it’s a nice upgrade for our front door.

Finding this modern looking door lock set was a great day for me! My old key only lock was starting to act up on me. So i replaced it with this new modern set. It is made really well and looks very nice. It was fairly easy to install too. Now I have stepped up to more modern features like code numbers to unlock, fingerprint scanner, control with the app, one button locking and auto locking. So much easier now with this setup. Attractive and sokid. Comes with everything you need for a quick and easy installation. I especially like that under the swing out fingerprint reader there is a regular keyed lock. Most others come with special keys that are hard to make copies of. This is a normal lock key. My only slight complaint is that the handle is not also lockable.
