This is a great idea but poor execution. I must be one of the few that have difficulty opening up this canopy. I was trying to open it on my own and it was just clunky and awkward to set up. A second person is a good help but I wasn't impressed compared to other options available for the same value

My wife and I read the reviews, and decided to buy this mesh tent to place over a picnic table when camping. As soon as it arrived, I noticed a lot of extra tape on the box. Once erected, we noticed damage and mud on the inside as if it had already been used and returned. We are returning this tent in exchange for the exact same. Now for the good: Setup was easy, plenty of room on the inside, and it is easy to slide over a picnic table with the doors open. Looking forward to the replacement. ... show more

I ordered this canopy to use while we go camping, along with other functions. The canopy comes with everything needed to set it up, which includes the frame, canopy, tie-down rope, and stakes to secure it to the ground. The stakes are fairly simple tent stakes, so you have to make sure you insert them into the ground at an angle, inserting them toward the canopy. Setup is really simple, and really just needs to be put into the location you want it, then expanded a bit. Then you go inside and push up on the center of the canopy and it pops up and locks into place. I will say that, because the stakes are just typical tent stakes, if using in any kind of wind, you may want to replace the included stakes with some corkscrew-type stakes, or just use sandbag weights, which is what we're doing. Overall, we're very pleased with this canopy, and look forward to using it for a long while. ... show more
