I purchased 2 of these tents early 2023. We had a few rough wind storms that really tested the tents and everything held up pretty good. The roofs are needing to be replaced so I reached out to customer service and I spoke with Doria who has very pleasant and helped me to order roofs separately without having to purchase an entire tent. I'll be installing the new roofs with some sturdier bungee chords because the ones provided have too much slack. I love these things and they hold up pretty good with weather. ... show more

It’s clearly quality materials. I’m impressed with how nice it looks. Took 4 people 3hrs to setup - you will want tall and strong people to put the sides in place. It’s a team building activity for sure! No parts were damaged or missing so far. Still have to put up the sides. I love the privacy over the window. The Velcro makes it easy to roll up and take back down. the framing at the bottom was a welcome surprise. This allowed us to as lights to the bottom and just the top. It was far easier to assemble than our previous tent.

Absolutely false advertising with extra heavy duty galvanized metal. Also, this tent is no way rated for 25 mile an hour winds as they advertise there wasn’t even 10 mile an hour winds on Friday and Saturday and the freaking thing was getting bent and mangled 100% false advertising

The tent arrived quickly in 3 large boxes, make sure you have help; they are heavy and awkward. The directions are quite clear, Un-packing, sorting, and the initial setup took two people about 3 hours. Now that we are familiar it goes much faster. Tent itself is a nice heavy material and with the bracing for the corners it is much sturdier than similar tents without the extra braces. The sidewalls with windows are a nice inclusion and a real plus. The 20' x 20' size is perfect for us. We use it for outdoor activities, programs, weddings, and of course picnics at our historic home museum. ... show more

Hi everyone I don’t usually write reviews for item that i bought but this is a especially review for Quictent. I bought a 20x20 tent a year ago for my girls party and family events. Long story short the tent got damage and I had like 10 poles ( part ). Well I started looking in different stores to see if I can replace my poles, even on the website, but i couldn’t find any poles for my tent and it was a headache. So I decided to go the main page where I got the tent from ( Quictent) and i started searching about replacing parts. And guess what ??? They have a email that u can contact them and they help u replacing the parts that you need. That was so awesome because u get the right pole for you tent. But what I LOVE MORE was that this company have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES. They explain how the replacing process work. And it was so easy. But let me tell you, I hadn’t experienced a customer service like this. And if u buy from this company believe me you don’t have to worry about where u going to get your parts or struggle with bad customer services. Quictent have a fantastic customer service and having this type of people working on customer services, you are going to be a loyal customer for Quictent. Now I waiting on my part to arrive so can start using my tent again ... show more

The tent is beautiful. The assembly is not a one man job. It took 4 of us about 3 hours to put it up. Instructions were clear with pictures. Also they have excellent customer service. This tent comes in several boxes. When ours arrived the packages were damaged. Several poles were damaged (ran over by truck it looked like) and some were missing. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me more poles. The replacement poles also arrived damaged and some missing, again in an open damaged box. In a panic I contacted the company again as my party was 2 weeks out from that point. Jasmine immediately made it a priority and shipped me the poles that I needed, this time they arrived undamaged and was exactly what I needed just in time. I’d give this company 5 stars even if the tent wasn’t beautiful just for their customer service. They were awesome to work with and I love the tent. ... show more

I purchased my tent to host a women’s tea party. We were able to easily put 7 72” round tables inside the tent. The tent held up through high winds last year. We put it up for the tea this year and discovered a few of the poles didn’t connect easily. I sent an email and received a kind response from Khloee who has been excellent with customer service. She communicated every step of the way. I received replacement poles within a weeks time. I highly recommend this beautiful tent. It is definitely cheaper to purchase than rent. ... show more
