One of the coolest cages I've come across for gopro. I've been asked twice where I got it while I was out riding with it. Only downside is the battery door. You have to remove the gopro from the cage to swap out batteries if you dont use a pass through door. The battery door isn't connected on top so when you open it it slides around, which can be slightly annoying at times. Other than that it's a phenomenal cage. I liked the idea of a metal cage around the Hero 12 camera. I also wanted to use various filters and this company has a filter ring that is 56mm and screws on the cage. The downside is the Hero 12 lens sticks out so to insert or remove the camera, I have to remove the filter ring (it requires a 2mm Allen key). This cage does allow you to mount accessories via two cold shoes and it has 1/4"-20 tripod adapters as well as the Hero mount. You can remove the right side to charge the camera. Or you can remove the right side camera door and use an included insert on the cage door to allow charging access at anytime. Just remember it will not be waterproof. ... show more
