    • Nice features, but not worth it
I installed this lock in March and have already spent more money on replacing the batteries then the lock itself is worth. The finger ready is decent but the key card never works. I will be replacing this lock.

    • App does not work from another location to unlock, not reliable.
I liked all of the options to unlock. I mostly wanted one I could unlock for people when I'm not home in the event they did not have a preset code/fingerprint or if it didn't work for some reason. Only my fingerprint consistently works. I programed my family with codes and it says it unlocked but it does not. My daughter has fingerprint and it worked only during set up. I tried to access the lock to unlock from out of town and it can not access. Thank God I had a fob hidden to allow my brother in law access. When I came home, I could barely get it to connect through Bluetooth or wifi even Standing right in front of it. I tested it 1st and programed my fingerprint and connected to my wifi, used the app, etc before drilling the extra hoke in my door. I now have to fill the hole or find another lock that covers it. Perfect for an Airbnb! It has everything you'd need. I really appreciate the key cards on key chains. So much easier than messing with keys, and even more convenient than a code entry. Installation is very straightforward and the Bluetooth connection is very helpful. No issues at all.

This lock was installed on a closet door in our AirBnB, it was used 6 times and could not be used a 7th time, as the mechanism locked up and destroyed itself. The key was stuck in the lock and I was forced to call a locksmith to drill out the lock, the locksmith could not pick or open the broken mechanism. I guess you get what you pay for. I have had this on my door for five weeks and have went through four sets of AA batteries! It drains the batteries way too fast, I can’t afford it at this rate
