This is a very nice track. It installed relatively easy and looks great. Works well. I would certainly buy another for a new vehicle. The track is Aluminum. The bolts are Stainless Steel The Washers are nylon for the top and steel for the bottom. The nuts are steel too. I am very please with this purchase and most anything else from Thule. ... show more

Bent and missing parts. As you can see, product was bent… could be bent back but paying $40 over list price i had higher expectations. Packaging wasn’t original - too large of box with nothing to keep secure. One of the components bags was empty and there were no drill bits, sealant, Allen wrench. I’ve been trying to get this track set for over a year, clearly Thule is having some supply and quality control issues. ... show more

I purchased these a while ago but finally installed these on my vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had to cut 3 inches off to make them fit but I knew that before purchasing. The instructions made sense. They came with silicone sealant and an allen key so those are two less things you have to gather when starting. Also came with 2 short stubby drill bits but it was easier to use my own. The appropriate amount of screws and fasteners were included according to the instructions (every other hole). I still purchased a few extra screws, nuts, and washers so that I could add extra. Install went smooth and no leaks. ... show more

There are not many options for mounting roof rails. These are thin aluminum, and a few screws pulled right through the rail during installation, slightly damaging my truck cap. For the price, I hope for better quality.

    • Thule tracks for camper shell
Cut product to fit custom camper shell. Bought more mounting hardware from a local store. The directions tell you to mount with only a few bolts. I added bolts to all holes in track. I also used 3M marine 5200 to seal the holes instead of the silicone included. Will not ever leak.
