I do like this product, but I wish it had more resistance. It’s not as much of a “workout” as I thought it would be. It’s good quality and function, and size. Like I said, I’m just not sure how effective it’s going to be because it doesn’t have as much resistance as I’d like. This product is great but it’s very hard plastic. Doing this longer than 10min at a time I got bruises. If there was a cushion padding on the plastic that goes on the leg that would make this perfect. Size is great,great workout , super easy to use self explanatory really.
