This is my first time ever actually needing thermal paste as I have never re-used an old CPU before. This kit came with wipes to clean the old paste up, and a little spreader to spread the paste across the entirety of the CPU, which from the videos I watch from PC builders, seems like it may be overkill, but I also feel like it helps ensure you're using a proper amount. There's plenty in the tube so if I decide to go ahead and build another computer for some reason, I still have enough to use on that. But the important thing is that it keeps my CPU cool, and I haven't seen temps that seemed extraordinarily high at any point that I've checked it. Great instructions make it easy to understand how to use it if you've never done this sort of thing before.

packaging was terrible. the entire back end was smashed and had to use something else to push the paste out. very easy to clean off old thermal paste and have area cleaned to apply this new one thanks to provided cleaning wipe. smooth texture of paste, the exact consistency i expected and easy to spread around with provided scrapper thingy. i am already seeing 30degree celsius drop in temp while idle and 50degree celsius drop while playing marvel rivals. thats right i was running at 100-105degrees celsius for a month with my old paste as it was just about 3.25 years old, not sure what company it was or how many months my system was running hot. finally started tracking my temps about a month ago and spent an hour researching before ordering this one. will be going back to this brand if my temps stay in the proper cooler temp ranges for the next 3+ years
