It’s kinda hard. A little uncomfortable. I’m okay with the shape . And the slur for money is great. I’ve found massage tables that were a little more than some of the face cradles. Some of them are so expensive I was ac thinking of ordering another table that comes with head rest for 80.00 smh . So for price it’s a good buy . But yes it’s not the most comfortable. It is well made and seems durable (time will tell). The only issue I have is the velcro on the back may not stand the test of time and does not really coordinate with my tables fast rest holder.
