My package did not come with an o-ring or a screw/stopper. HOWEVER, I installed the new spring in my brake pedal and removed the factory black stopper. I also did NOT remove the factory white insert like it says to. I then moved the clutch spring to my accelerator pedal and put the old brake spring in my clutch pedal since I don’t use my clutch pedal anyway. This has completely changed my driving and has giving me more feel in my brakes. It stiffened up the pedal and doesn’t have a hard stop until the end. I find trail breaking easier to judge with the stiffer spring. Ironically I didn’t have to recalibrate the pedal and now full travel is full brake pressure. Moving the clutch spring to the accelerator pedal has given me more feel in the accelerator as well. Gives me more finesse. Even with the missing parts I am VERY happy with this product and do not see the need to fork out a ton of money for load cell pedals since this gives the pedal a real car feel in my opinion. Great product here! I also just ordered the yellow rubber piece and black rubber pieces for the gas, clutch, and brake. I’d recommend ordering both so you can replace the black rubber piece in the brake with something. Having that stiffness near end of stroke etc is needed.

    • Good kit, might look for a progressive spring
Great kit with great instructions, my only complaint I could possibly have is that this spring isn’t a progressive spring instead of a linear spring so while it does stiffen the brakes a bit it does travel like a real brake pedal would. This is eased by the nice o-ring and stopper that’s included but for those of us that nitpick a different spring would make this 11/10 ... show more

    • Excellent brake mod!!!
For the price it's hard to find any good options, but it's pretty expensive for a spring so I looked around a lot before buying this. Man, what a difference this made!!! Now you actually have to put preassure to the pedal to brake!!! And have much more control over the braking if your virtual car. The spring is very good, and you can switch your gas and clutch springs too like this: Clutch spring - make it your gas spring Old brake spring - make it your clutch spring Congrats you now have a fully upgraded Logitech G920/923/etc set!!! Also, a game changer is a rubber o-ring for the brake pedal which seems very uneventful but it is sooo important as the air inside the brake cylinder now has to fight your foot to escape!!! Totally worth it!!! A must have for every beginner sim racer!!! ... show more

    • Bit too stiff for me
This made the brakes a bit too stiff for me, but removing the black rubber block inside the brake springs makes a big difference. You should also swap the gas and clutch springs.

I currently own the g920 and I would say the stock springs in every pedal is horrendous. Buying this brake spring was the best decision. For 20 dollar you get a completely different experience. Highly recommend swapping the stock brake spring into the clutch and the clutch spring into the throttle. Makes a world of difference. Overall easy installation takes 30 minutes to one hour depending on how handy you are. 10/10 ... show more

    • Awesome Mod!!! Just what I needed!
After looking at a ton of mod options out there for the Logitech brake pedal, I came to the conclusion that this one’s design was well thought out and sounded the best. Boy was I right! It’s simple, but effective. As someone who plays a ton of the WRC franchise and Dirt Rally 2.0, as well as someone who has driven real rally cars, I was looking for a brake mod that would give me that hydraulic feel, while also stiffening it up enough to feel like a brake setup with the booster disconnected. This one nailed it!!! It feels very close to the real thing, and greatly improved the finesse I needed when left foot braking.
