I got this as a gift for my mom and she loves it! My mom gets headaches often and it usually leads to her taking a short nap in the day. This mask is perfect to help relieve her pain through the cooling effect of the mask as well as help her to rest better through blocking out light as she sleeps. The stretchy material makes it easy for anyone to wear the mask as it is a one size fits all. Due to the make of the product, no straps or Velcro is used making the fit more comfortable and relaxing. The quality overall is great and very durable. The mask can be cooled in the fridge or warmed in the microwave based on the preference of the user. I do not get headaches myself, but I am considering buying myself a mask because of the comfort and squishy material.

I bought this after a bad concussion, and it was an absolute lifesaver. The gentle compression combined with the cold therapy helped ease my headaches and light sensitivity more than anything else I tried. I used it almost daily during my recovery. Just a heads-up—it gets really cold right out of the freezer. I usually let it sit out for a couple minutes before putting it on, and then it’s perfect. Super soothing without being too intense. The full wraparound design is a game changer. No need to awkwardly hold ice packs in place. It stays put and blocks out the light completely, which I didn’t even realize I needed until I tried it. If you’re recovering from a concussion or struggle with migraines, this is 100% worth it.

This little cap is my go-to for more than just migraines. It works wonders for so much. For migraines: I use it two ways, 1) over my whole head, as intended because it’s soft and fits just right to be able to lay down and not add any additional discomfort, while also adding just a slight bit of pressure, and 2) when my migraine is one-sided I just lay it flat and use it as an ice pack. It’s so much better than a traditional ice pack because its material is so flexible and warps to every nook and cranny. For leg pain: it slips perfectly over my thigh or can wrap onto my calf and I can walk around easily without it slipping off. Or I can lay down without a huge ice pack wrapped around my leg. I love these so much I own 3 so that I can constantly switch them out if needed. Do yourself a favor and try these!

Love this for when a migraine hits! Fits comfortably and easy to use. I just wished it stayed colder longer but it last a good 15 minutes which usually 20 minutes or less is recommended. It doesn’t cure my migraine, but does give me some natural pain relief temporarily.

Works amazingly well. I had a different brand of ice cap that I got from Walmart for $20 out of the As Seen On TV aisle and that one also worked well but this one definitely has better quality and the shape of it definitely fits my face better. It also comes with a storage bag that way you aren't just throwing it into your freezer. That was probably the worst thing about my old one is it kind of started smelling like frozen food after a while. Should fit most young children and adults alike myself I am 35 years old and a quite large 250 lb man and it fits me perfectly. Gets very cold one left in the freezer overnight but does not get stiff or solid and it retains its coldness for a very long time.. I don't even have issues with migraines or headaches I literally just use it as a sleep mask and I like the fact that it gets cold because it relieves puffy eyes and is just good for your face.

I’ve tried everything: painkillers, cold compresses, aromatherapy, caffeine, silence. Recently I stumbled across something that actually made a difference: the TheraICE Migraine Relief Cap. Yes, it looks like a superhero mask meets a beanie. Yes, you will look slightly ridiculous wearing it. But also yes—this thing is amazing. What Is It? The TheraICE cap is basically a wearable ice pack that fits snugly over your entire head. Think of it as a stretchy, soft, cool hug for your skull. You toss it in the freezer (it doesn’t get stiff, which is a huge plus), and when the migraine hits, you pull it on like a hat. It covers your forehead, eyes, sides of your head, and the back of your neck—basically all the migraine zones. Why I Love It Instant Relief: The cooling sensation starts helping immediately. It’s like flipping the switch from “ouch” to “okay, maybe I can function now.” Regular ice packs don’t stay in place or hit the right spots. This cap gets everything.
