Typical jacket of this style, one thing that makes it stand out from every other one like this is that the hemline kind of dips down slightly in the back It definitely runs small. I normally wear a medium, which I ordered and I found it to be too Tight when I tried it on over a sweatshirt which for cold weather, you’re going to have a sweatshirt or something underneath anyway so plan on sizing up. Like other reviewers have commented I also agree it is overpriced for what it is considering it’s not 100% down so really it’s just subjective if you want to spend the money for the namebrand. I will say the exterior fabric is soft and matte unlike others of similar style that are shiny and nylon feeling. I haven’t tested it for warmth yet with the polyester/down fill to compare if it’s as warm as all down, my guess is it won’t be as warm. The coat is also a tad puffier compared to others that are all down. I like coats a bit less puffy and it does seem to be a bit boxy as well since I sized up to accommodate a layer underneath. The collar is a bit annoying as well it’s not kidding when it is described as a stand up collar. I prefer a collar that isn’t so stiff. I’ll make a final choice after trying it outside in the cold Midwest winter. ... show more
