I had never bought a shacket like this before. I've recently lost weight and wasn't sure what size would now work for me at 5'3 220. I know that many items out of CH run smaller, that's why I check and appreciate reviews and why I leave them. I decided to order 2 different sizes and colors to see which fit and what color I liked best. I got an XL and a XXL. The XL fits great. Its not overly big, however wearing a very bulky sweater with bulky arms under it might be too snug, however I think it's fine for my needs. The XXL was definitely too big. Actually, it gave the popular "oversized " look. If you like that look, order a size up. Otherwise order your normal size. The length on the XL was slightly shorter , about 4-5 inches above my ankle. The XXL seemed slightly longer. The arms are a tad long. It has buttons and can look a little ballooned if you button them because of the length of the arms. I like arms unbuttoned and you can fold then over or ruch up. The fabric is thick, not thin. Medium soft. Has a nice sturdy collar you can pop if you want. Large pockets, however theyre in the side seams which makes them back a bit, but i can live with it. It gives great warmth. I could see using this most fall and winter especially if the weather doesn't get crazy cold. You can add a scarf and hat to give it a boho look or farmhouse/country look. As for the colors, I loved the gold, black, grey , white it gives classy designer company (Bxrberry ) I also liked the rust color wave. ... show more

I would like to take the time out to say , how surprised I was when I took the shirt coat out of the package. I thought the texture would be thin, IT WAS NOT. I am pleased. It is more of a casual long heavy shirt material for the fall weather of 50 through 30 degrees, with a hood attached it would have been more like a coat for me. When I ordered it I said to myself let me give it a try and if its thin I would return it. I looked for a cardigan like material and I received just that. Very pleased. There was a string of threading near pocket hanging got rid of it in hopes it holds it's stitching. Over all great quality, right size, extra room for a large, not stretch material, color on point, it's worth the price. It's worth $25-$30. With a hood I pay the same price up 35.00 only. Just because it's not for the winter in WISCONSIN. Color on point, I have not warn it but tried it on. The feel is nice . I would have given five stars , the buttons on coat is light brown and white instead of black and white. My cardigan is black and white. I hope this helps the seller and maker as well. Long flannel jacket arrived today. Ordered my usual size, L. My arms are normal sized. Sleeves are too short, landing above my watch. The flannel is thick and soft. The jacket is unlined, so not real warm, but will be fine for Fall in SoCal. The side seams run straight down without any feminine waistline taper, so jacket appears boxy. The pockets are along the side seam and shallow, so hands in pockets are along the hips, which is unflattering and feels unnatural. The colors are nice. Jacket is just okay. ... show more
