Wanted to keep and give the coat five stars but unfortunately the coat arrived with melted plastic or tape along the collar and jacket lining. It’s a bummer because it’s cozy and warm and a super cute fall fit.

This lightweight coat is perfect for the fall/winter months. It is warm. The sizing is perfect. I am normally a size large. I bought a large and it fit perfectly. The pockets are deep enough so nothing falls out. It looks wonderful and is made of great quality.

You know what I *wasn’t* thinking the whole week I waited for my coat to be delivered? I wasn’t checking the porch every day saying “I can’t wait until my new coat arrives so I can iron the lining!” I’m so disappointed. Now that I read more reviews more closely, I see that some folks mention the vacuum pack at the end of their reviews. I’m putting it up top because I am genuinely distraught. The coat is a wrinkled mess and the creases inside the sleeves are so sharp they are physically uncomfortable. The instructional insert (pictured, different printing on each side) literally says “Don’t worry. The wrinkles can be removed easily after a quick ironing….” Sigh. They should include that in the product description. Because I don’t want to iron my new fuzzy coat for which they recommend “professional dry cleaning”. The lining is sewn to the fuzzy fabric at all the hems, which is usually a sign of quality construction and finishing. But I just can’t get past the wrinkles. Plus what they picture as an iron on the insert looks more like a steamer head, at least here in the mid-Atlantic U.S. to this 50-something mom—my iron is not that small! And when I say I waited (actually more than) a week: I originally ordered red and though Amazon put a hold on my account for the purchase, it never shipped. I contacted the seller and they replied (promptly) that it was an issue with payment (no, it wasn’t). I even offered to accept my second-choice color (army green) presuming the red was back ordered. They suggested I just place another order. After six days I held my breath and cancelled the red one, which Amazon said they could try, and then followed up with “we were successful”. Then I placed a new order for the green one—but the price was 20% higher than my initial order :( because there was no longer a coupon available. Seems shady. ... show more

I Purchased the light beige color and was excited about this item to complete a off white monochrome multi texture outfit. But my first thought when putting it on -the color combined with the texture is that it looks like a bathrobe. I’m 5’10 and 138 pounds finding off rack fast fashion items is a struggle for me to get right length in arms . The fit of a medium of this jacket was perfect. On me it fit like a fitted medium instead of giving that oversized look on my body type that I was looking for like other posters -smiling looking all cute and trendy in the some of the review photos… on me I look like a tall middle aged woman out in her bathrobe - that got lost while trying to be fun and relevant and just missed the mark . I’ll work on those insecurities later but for now I’m looking for that right coat to fill that hole. It is warm and cuddly and screams wear me when you need a furry wall to rub down after an after hours type night .. so theres that Definitely returning this item but debating if I should go for a Carmel color in larger size since I’m not a quitter .. and it does look like in the photo reviews there is some texture variation across these styles and colors. ... show more
