I have installed about five of these and I have had no problems installing them. They are big but compare them to our regular water softener. They’re very small. They work very efficiently and are very good product products highly recommend.

THE INSTALLER KEPT SAYING IT MIGHT TAKE A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT WORKS WEEKS WENT BY IT GOT WORSE RUINING MY SILVER WARE, DISHES, TEA KETTLE, ETC. THE PLUMBLER SENT ME TO THE NUVO REP THE REP SENT ME BACK TO THE PLUMBER NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY. Everyone was blaming each other and NO ONE wanted to take responsibility.
