I live in Texas and our weather can fluctuate from chilly mornings to hot afternoons in the fall. I have been on the hunt for a lightweight trench coat that is modern, on trend, versatile, and lightweight at a great price point. This meets all of my expectations! It does run a bit large. I originally ordered my normal size M (8/10) but had to reorder and size down to a small for a more tailored fit. Don't get me wrong, it still has give and allows for wearing a heaver material garment underneath (sweaters, professional blazer, etc.) while not looking boxy. The beautiful draping is what really set this apart from other trench coats! I'm 5' 6" and the length hits me beautifully at the calf. It's buttery soft and fully lined. I also really love the look of the tortoise brown buttons on the bodice and sleeves. This is just that good and the quality is what you would find at Banana Republic and J. Such a great coat! The color, shape and material are all very good. Based on reviews I ordered S and it fits great but wish I would have gone for a M for a more oversized look. For reference in 5’9 S/M

The material is very cheap feeling, it’s very boxy and runs big. The price is absurd with how cheap and flimsy this is. Don’t waste your money. I returned mine same day I received it.

    • Pretty rain coat but wrinkles easy

I love the look and the fact that it is lined. But it wrinkles a lot when you sit down. I steamed the coat. Put it on and sat down. When I stood up the front sides of the trench coat was wrinkled like an accordion. So if you don’t mind wrinkles buy it. I am not sure if I will keep this or return.

Better quality than expected these days. I like that it doesn’t have a heavy lining, but works well for cold wind and light rain. The color is a warm gray not cool silver or light charcoal. Very nice neutral without being black or beige.

Bought this on a whim because I needed a coat fast for a trip. Really happy with the quality and fit. Doesn't feel cheap. I actually got a few compliments while wearing. It does run a little big, I'm a size 4 and tall but the XS fit perfectly (S was too big). Overall very happy with it
