Finally a air fryer cook book that is a keeper, I can attest that most of the 5 star reviews here are the real deal, this book is a keeper. Contains 625 tasty and easy to prepare recipes! Simple and easy to understand without the need for exotic ingredients or running to the store to buy multiple ingredients you’ll probably end up throwing away eventually. Opening chapter lists many very helpful air fryer tips and other information! I’ve bought and returned numerous books on air frying from Amazon and other outlets and returned them all because they’re not straightforward with easy to prepare recipes using basic ingredients. I really enjoy this book, not all the recipes are for me, when I use they air fryer That means I’m usually in a hurry and not looking for an elaborate meal, but has so many to choose from that I can always find something to fit the need and learned some new recipes along the way

There are too many air fryer cookbooks out there to settle for this one. Unlike described by website, there are no pictures at all (not even black & white) except on the cover. Not only are there many misspellings, but some words are completely missing - For example, there are multiple times when "s" (just "s") is used for a word that I think, from reading the recipe, is supposed to be "almonds". But I should not have to guess. Multiple recipes use a "sauce pan" or cast iron - not a single mention of an air fryer. Artificial sweeteners used throughout with no offer of a natural alternative. This is supposed to be an air fryer cookbook, not a stick-by-my-idea-of-a-diet cookbook. Disappointed. ... show more

    • Do Not Waste Your Money
I was excited to get this book. I immediately began reading through the recipes. And was confounded. The coffee donuts called for 1tbsp aquafaba. Say what? Ok. Skip that recipe. Then I went to poultry. Crusted chicken. Cool! The first ingredient was 1/4 cup slivered s. Just the letter s. WTF is s?? Then a recipe for whole chicken. The recipe stated 1lb chicken. Just 1lb chicken. No explanation if cut-up, deboned. Whatever. And as an aside: if there is a 1lb whole chicken anywhere on this planet, I will pay to see it. This book is poirly edited, the recipes are mind-bogglingly ridiculous, and just are not appetizing. A waste of money. ... show more

I love this book it has some great recipes in it just wish it had pictures of the meals you are making. Without the pictures it is hard to know what the finished item should look like.

    • Worst cook book I have ever seen, and not specific to air fryers
My parents are getting an air fryer for Christmas, so I decided to get a beginners cookbook for them. Once I ordered I got looking through some of the reviews and started getting nervous, so I purchased it for my Kindle so I could review it for myself. First and foremost, I am really put off by the lecture on which fats to eat or not eat. Then there is a section called air fryer success. One would assume that this would be filled with information on troubleshooting problems, how to convert a non air fryer recipe to an air fryer recipe, and other such things. Instead it's more lecturing on diet and lifestyle telling you how much water to drink, encouraging intermittent fasting, and telling you to get enough sleep. What the heck does this have to do with operating an air fryer? Then you finally get to the recipe section itself. There are no pictures of the recipes at all. The formatting is terrible. The first section is breakfast recipes but there is no header telling you that. When you get to the next section, which is lunch and dinner, the header is the last thing you see on the last page of the breakfast section, instead of being at the top of the first page of the lunch and dinner recipes. Recipes that are lined up with page breaks will have titles all by themselves with the recipe on the next page, or you have to turn the page to view the final instruction. But the real kicker is the recipes themselves. Yes there are air fryer recipes in here, such as Fiery Jalapeno Poppers, fried pickles, and Mexican Pizza that sound pretty good. But there are a lot of recipes in this book, such as pancakes, Spanish omelet, banana chia seed pudding, and fried queso blanco that use other methods of cooking and never mention the air fryer at all. I got a refund on this book. If Amazon had made it possible to look through this book before purchasing, I never would have ordered it. There are better books out there. I suggest passing on this one. ... show more
