Sure this book was written in the seventies. But a liter of water still weights a kilo and the circumference is still 2 pi R.. Many of the sport bike available to 16 year old's these days could out perform some of the top GP bikes of the seventies. Some folks that own these bikes might even know how to ride them, but do they understand them? This book leads you through the ins and outs of the engineering of the motorcycle. The book covers in detail all the technical aspects of setting up a road racing bike and the various racing engines of that time. The physics discussed still apply today and can help you make mods on your sport bike to handle better.
