I was pleasantly surprised by this walking treadmill! It’s definitely smaller than I expected, but honestly, that turned out to be a huge plus. It’s super easy to move around and store, which is perfect if you’re working with limited space. As some other reviews mentioned, it does go up to 6 mph, but you do have to adjust it manually on the machine itself rather than using the remote. Not a big deal for me, just something to be aware of. What impressed me most is how sturdy it feels, especially for its size. Upon receiving and opening this, and after purchasing two other walking pads, I can confirm that this is the “bare basic” of a walking pad. The belt looks a little loose, I’m well versed in tightening them now so I don’t think that will be a problem. My two other walking pads had issues with the motor and the other a busted belt bar SO I’m hoping that this seemingly minimal looking on stands up to the test of time as the other two didn’t. Two things I already don’t love are: no wrist lanyard on the remote. It’s convenient to use to hang the remote up when I’m not using so I can ensure my little ones don’t turn it on. Second is why are there only 8 speed settings? It jumps from .5-1-1.5-2 etc up to 4. Where are all the speeds in between that? Personally 2.5 is too slow but some days 3 is a bit too much so that’s disappointing that I can’t set it to a 2.7/2.8. It won’t make me return it but I’ll look more closely for similar flaw if or when I purchase another in the future ... show more

I’ve been needing to either hit the pavement or the gym for so long, but have not had the motivation to do so… I decided to look into something smaller than a treadmill that’s easy to have right in my living room without taking up all the space. My walking pad came in, I set it up (literally until it out of the box and plug it in), and got to stepping… and I love it! I’m so happy that I made the choice to order this thing. I’m in the comfort and safety of my home, not having to worry about anyone around me, nor do I have to wait for the machine to be available . By far the best investment I’ve made this year— the quality is great; I didn’t break the bank, so definitely worth the value; it works by remote control; there’s little to no noise; it’s so light weight that I can easily slide it out of the way when not in use; and it has multiple speeds to choose from (slow walk to run, and everything in between)! ... show more

Bought this after my sister ordered one and liked it. First one came and had issues right off the bat. The motor inside the machine was completely busted. It wouldn’t even turn the belt at all when I powered it on. Had to exchange it. When the second one came, it worked fine for maybe 10 minutes before the belt decided to completely shift from one side. Tried for over an hour to fix it but it never worked again. Almost two months and fifty miles in and this has been a game changer. It came entirely assembled and was basically ready to plug in and go. I work in a cube with an open ceiling and my coworkers are not bothered by the noise of the beeps to turn on or the actual act of walking. I got this because sometimes it’s just too hot/cold/rainy to take a walk outside. This fits the purpose well since it’s compact enough to fit in living room so I can watch tv and walk! I haven’t used the jogging or running mode but the belt spins pretty fast haha also I didn’t realize till later but there are wheels at the front bottom so it’s easy to lift and transport! I'm writing this review specifically so others don't end up in the same situation. I am on a health journey and losing weight rapidly. With winter coming, I needed something for indoors to continue my walks. When looking for a walking pad, I needed something slightly above a 300 pound weight limit. I though this was it, because as the title stated upon purchase, "THAILE Walking Pad, Under Desk Treadmill 330 lbs Capacity, 3 in 1 Mini Walking Pad Treadmill for Home, Office with LED Display, 2.5 HP Quiet Treadmill for Small Spaces". Even the about information states, "This walking pad treadmill with a powerful 2.5HP quiet motor, THAILE under desk treadmill can withstand loads of up to 330 pounds." I had it sitting in my wish list for months. When I saw it was only $99.99, down from the $169.99 when I stuck it in my list, I jumped on it. Well, don't make the mistake of getting this if you are above 300 pounds. Yes, it says 330 pounds, stated in two places. But pay attention to the second image that says "300 pounds" because that's what the label on the actual machine says. Either someone made a typo, or this company is giving misleading information to make sales to larger people, because they definitely got me on it. I bought it specifically because it said it could handle me. Am I still going to keep it? Yes, because I'm almost there anyway, and I will eventually get to use it. Am I upset that I can't use it right away? Absolutely, because I was excited, and my hopes were up, and then I found out I was mislead. If you're close to hitting the weight limit and losing already, like me, get it. The price is great. But if you're in that 30 pound range and not already losing, reconsider. ... show more
