Upon receiving and opening this, and after purchasing two other walking pads, I can confirm that this is the ābare basicā of a walking pad. The belt looks a little loose, Iām well versed in tightening them now so I donāt think that will be a problem. My two other walking pads had issues with the motor and the other a busted belt bar SO Iām hoping that this seemingly minimal looking on stands up to the test of time as the other two didnāt. Two things I already donāt love are: no wrist lanyard on the remote. Itās convenient to use to hang the remote up when Iām not using so I can ensure my little ones donāt turn it on. Second is why are there only 8 speed settings? It jumps from .5-1-1.5-2 etc up to 4. Where are all the speeds in between that? Personally 2.5 is too slow but some days 3 is a bit too much so thatās disappointing that I canāt set it to a 2.7/2.8. It wonāt make me return it but Iāll look more closely for similar flaw if or when I purchase another in the future

It was so easy to open the box, take out the walking pad treadmill, and plug it in! Literally within minutes of opening, I was walking. I had no trouble figuring out the speeds/modes using the handy remote. I am overweight and this walking pad supports me and feels secure. I put on a show and I walk! It is great! My only "negative" would be that if you have any tendency to be off balance, then be careful while stopping your workout session and stepping off the machine. Other than that, this is a perfect solution for someone who wants to work on exercising without going outside AND without an ugly, cumbersome machine in your living room. This thing is flat and so easy to roll away under a piece of furniture OR in a closet.

I order for my daughter for Christ.mas. she used evert day for two months this. Motor stop working. I wrote a letter asking for assistance. They say they stand behind there products.only they ask me is for the order number I did this. And no reply. I keep waiting. I will not be ordering from them aga8n. I normally write a lot positive reviews. This is my second negative I had to write.

Almost two months and fifty miles in and this has been a game changer. It came entirely assembled and was basically ready to plug in and go. I work in a cube with an open ceiling and my coworkers are not bothered by the noise of the beeps to turn on or the actual act of walking. I do about 1 hour a day at 2 mph and it's helped significantly with my health. Well worth the investment.

I'm writing this review specifically so others don't end up in the same situation. I am on a health journey and losing weight rapidly. With winter coming, I needed something for indoors to continue my walks. When looking for a walking pad, I needed something slightly above a 300 pound weight limit. I though this was it, because as the title stated upon purchase, "THAILE Walking Pad, Under Desk Treadmill 330 lbs Capacity, 3 in 1 Mini Walking Pad Treadmill for Home, Office with LED Display, 2.5 HP Quiet Treadmill for Small Spaces". Even the about information states, "This walking pad treadmill with a powerful 2.5HP quiet motor, THAILE under desk treadmill can withstand loads of up to 330 pounds." I had it sitting in my wish list for months. When I saw it was only $99.99, down from the $169.99 when I stuck it in my list, I jumped on it. Well, don't make the mistake of getting this if you are above 300 pounds. Yes, it says 330 pounds, stated in two places. But pay attention to the second image that says "300 pounds" because that's what the label on the actual machine says. Either someone made a typo, or this company is giving misleading information to make sales to larger people, because they definitely got me on it. I bought it specifically because it said it could handle me. Am I still going to keep it? Yes, because I'm almost there anyway, and I will eventually get to use it. Am I upset that I can't use it right away? Absolutely, because I was excited, and my hopes were up, and then I found out I was mislead. If you're close to hitting the weight limit and losing already, like me, get it. The price is great. But if you're in that 30 pound range and not already losing, reconsider.

Iāve been needing to either hit the pavement or the gym for so long, but have not had the motivation to do soā¦ I decided to look into something smaller than a treadmill thatās easy to have right in my living room without taking up all the space. My walking pad came in, I set it up (literally until it out of the box and plug it in), and got to steppingā¦ and I love it! Iām so happy that I made the choice to order this thing. Iām in the comfort and safety of my home, not having to worry about anyone around me, nor do I have to wait for the machine to be available . By far the best investment Iāve made this yearā the quality is great; I didnāt break the bank, so definitely worth the value; it works by remote control; thereās little to no noise; itās so light weight that I can easily slide it out of the way when not in use; and it has multiple speeds to choose from (slow walk to run, and everything in between)!
