We purchased the bundle which included the laptop. Jack help set up the software and had the printer running in no time!!! The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitate at first because there weren't many reviews on the printer and not alot of information on the web. The reviews that were on here were positive. So, I took a shot. Let me say shipping was extremely fast. I received in less then a week with it coming from China. If this your 1st DTF printer be advised consumables are shipped separately. Tech support is outstanding. Again, be advised the company is in China and if you are on the east coast like myself it's a 12hr time difference. The couple of times Ive reached out for clarification I received a timely response. Once you purchase they will put you in WhatsApp group to help with installation of the software and any issues. This isn't my 1st DTF printer so I was familiar, but their software was a little different then what I was use to, just a small learning curve. Once software was installed and ink arrive I was good. I love the ink auto fills, you don't have to mess with syringes. The xp600 is a little faster then the L1800 I had, but I wouldn't say extremely faster. However, I will say it's more durable. The touchscreen on the printer is responsive, and convenient. You can perform head cleanings without opening the software. The Con I have is when the printer does perform a head cleaning it's loud, but I can deal with that. Overall, definitely an upgrade from the L1800. I would recommend.

The Tech Support Team is awsome! They jist spent 1.5 hours on with me addressing all the issues I was having! They were very patient and professional and once the ink arrived, they got me printing!! I will also not, after my initial review, they did reach out to send new ink. I guess sometimes messages fall through the cracks maybe. Either way, I will continue to update with time and projects as this is an expensive purchase. Thank you MZK! The product appears to be well built. I can't review based on operation as the ink and powder never came. The seller has been unresponsive about ink and powder. Also, there is no user manual that is easily accessed if you can't read chinese. Adobe software included is chinese also. How to figure out how to make it english, I haven't been able to figure this out. I am going to be out an additional $250+ just to purchase ink and powder that was supposed to be included. I will edit my review about operations if I can actually ever print something. As of today, I can not recommend this seller or this product.

This is a great printer. No problems whatsoever just trying to use something I am not use to and learning their system.
