The Tera Home EV charger is functional but has some short comings as well. To start with, the 20ft cord; most chargers in this price category have at least a 25 ft cord. The second issue I found is that there is only a single Amperage mode of 32A while most others in this price range have selectable levels of Amperage. This charger does not include an app for controlling it but at this price most other do not have an app as well. Instead of having different amperage settings on the charger, they give youo instructions on setting up charging on your vehicle to occur during off peak times. I found the charger to be of reasonable weight and the J1722 connector is good quality. ... show more

NEMA 14-50 connecter makes this plug n play if you already have this type of outlet. This charger boasts 32A of charging current, IP55 weatherproofing (for outdoor/indoor installs), and external holster. This also has a long charging cable for hard to reach situations (20 Feet long).
