I bought new counter top burner but I got used one. I just opened the box itis used one. I don't have time to return I bought a gift I'm humiliated.

Not very impressed with this company. The burner came. Late. I had to turn it over and put it back Together on the bottom. Still not lined up Like it is suppose to be. Why would you send a new burner out like this. I really would like to send it back and get a full refund or a replacement. After 3 months of use it shot out sparks at me last night while I was cooking. And now have to throw it away. Went to Walmart today to buy another one. But they were closed due to the Hurricane that is hitting florida. When sparks came out from under the burner I unplugged the burner so it would start a fire. We had one that lasted 6 years. And only after 3 months of use. Never never never again will we purchase something from this company again. ... show more
