I bought this for 2 reasons. One, my right leg is always tight. I had a stroke and am trying to get back to myself. And the second is because it comes with a Kegel exerciser. I was let down for the fact that it only comes with 2 electrodes and not 4.

I had an old tens unit with dials….old school. I wanted to upgrade and thought this would be better. This thing will shock you….suddenly giving you a jolt that hurts so bad you want to kick ass. Even though you are in no shape to do so. 0-100 in an instant. Buyer be aware!!!! I found the wires pull out after taking them off a few times. That’s why you get the jolt! Awesome if you are into that, but not so good if you have back problems
