Used it1st time today! Made a Cappuccino. SO EASY, VERY TASTY, MEASUREMENTS PERFECT. Someone else stated the froth doesn't measure out correctly and that no matter what amount you choose the froth empties out completely. That did not happen to me. I made my coffee choice as to how strong. I chose the amount of froth. It came out perfect and very flavorful! The machine choices light up very nicely. The machine is so nice looking. Looks like a very expensive machine, while being nice and compact. Seems quite sturdy as well. The fact that it makes the froth for you is an awesome added feature! Yes, it is loud while steaming. I expected that because all espresso machines do this at this point. Now, I've only used it once. Let's hope my good experience continues. To be able to use it so easily right out of the box was an absolute plus for me! I guess, at this point, I would recommend this machine. Very fast shipping also.

I have a Breville machine at my lakehouse that I like to use on weekends, but wanted to enjoy a latte while I'm at home during the week. Enter this machine - it has a great price point, and it easy to use. And I love having a removeable milk container that I can put in the fridge if there's any remaining milk! My favorite way to use the machine is to start a double latte cycle just for the milk and do a mixture of hot/froth milk by using the control knob. Once there is sufficient milk/foam, I stop the cycle and run the double espresso cycle. When that's done, I run the latte cycle again just for foam until the right amount is reached. Put a little caramel on the top and you've a Starbucks quality caramel macchiato! Cleanup is easier than my Breville ... if there is any remaining milk, I put it in the fridge. If not, I put some water in the milk container, run the latte cycle to steam clean the milk system, and that's it! UPDATE: After using this for several months, I still continue to enjoy it. The only issue I have is that I lost the O-ring that seals the milk compartment to the machine, and I've had difficulty finding a replacement. Tenker doesn't sell replacement parts, so I just ordered a bunch of o-rings of various sizes. Hopefully one will fit!

It's super easy to use, convenient, works well, etc. BUT it doesn't come with a cup for your espresso. Plus, if you want to make a double shot latte with high froth, you won't be able to without the cup overflowing. There isn't enough room under the spouts to put a big enough cup there to catch a whole espresso. Maybe it works if you use a very low froth level but if you want high froth and double shot, there is no cup that will fit in the space where the cup needs to be. A travel sized coffee cup doesn't fit there. So that's a pretty big design flaw. How are you supposed to make a latte if there isn't enough room for a cup that can hold the full volume of the latte? I need to figure out a way around this. But once I do, I'll be very happy because the drinks are amazing. They turn out perfectly every time. The froth is wonderful, the espresso, the cappuccino, are all perfectly made. And the machine makes it very user friendly and simple.

I'm very satisfied with this espresso machine. It has good pressure (20 bar), which is noticeable in the coffee's flavor: intense, with a good crema, and very similar to what you'd get in a coffee shop. It's easy to use even if you don't have much experience, and the design is modern and attractive; it looks great in the kitchen. It also heats up quickly and allows you to prepare various drinks like espresso, cappuccino, or latte. Cleaning is simple, and the materials feel high-quality. As a side note, it might take a little practice at first to get the perfect brew, but once you get the hang of it, the results are excellent.

I was really hopeful. The first eight lattes were perfect and now the milk when I make extra milk comes out 2 ounce intervals. Take me at least 15 minutes to make one latte not worth the time my froth or that just made hot milk was faster. I didn’t even have the machine a month before I returned it. Do yourself a favor by the more expensive one. The first picture is a double latte supposed to be 12 ounces. It might be 4 ounces and the second picture is the extra milk that comes out at 1 to 2 ounce intervals.

Very disappointed. Worked great for the first couple of months then the steam stopped working to froth the milk. I have cleaned and cleaned the machine. I take the milk container and clean it thoroughly multiple times. and nothin. I'm just getting warm milk. It shoots out a burst of steam at the end, but nothing is frothing. So frustrating! Update: I returned the machine, and recently got an email from Tenko that they wanted to send me a free machine to try again, no cost. Nothing to lose! I have receieved the machine and so far so good! I hope it continues. They do get an A+ for customer service!

The foam for the latte is an insane amount. I'm terrified of is going to overflow and I'll have a hug need to clean up. I did a single latte and the foam went all the way to the top of my mug. My mug was definitely over 8 ounces. I did a double cappuccino and the foam (no matter how much foam I selected) was barely anything. I don't like that you have to line up a notch in order to get the portafilter in and to remove it. If you have trouble seeing up close this is not a good choice. I hate having to put my reading glasses on in order to see it. As stated in other posts the drink is not very hot. Even after I microwave water in my mug to get it hot for my drink. The heater plate on top to warm your mugs barely gets hot. I live in a very rural area. The water from the tap is not safe for drinking. I have to refill my water jugs with purified water from the local store. I can't afford to just run hot water from the machine to heat my mug every time I make my drink.
