A durable, simple, easy to operate, flicker free, dimmable, with three bonuses: 1. Additional Money Saving: 60-Minute Automatic Shut Off (User initiated). 2. Easily folds into a perfect “Night Light” 3. Cleanliness (comes with a little dusting cloth) with its solid construction, durable black finish and simple stream lined design dusting it off is easy-peasy, spring breezy. One IMPORTANT Note… Several companies I consult for spend thousands of dollars outfitting hundreds of desks (Think of Massive Cubicle Farms) with expensive, over-rated, cheaply made, poorly designed and overall crappy desk lamps that use these EXPEN$IVE (read “Proprietary, $pecial Order”) Compact Fluorescent Light’s (CFL’s ). This lamp was reasonably priced and is the perfect size for my desk and laptop. Being able to dim the light is a great improvement over my previous lamp, which just had one setting. The lower setting is much easier on my eyes. My only concern is that the plastic housing seems flimsy, but since I don't need to move the lamp it may not be an issue. It's attractive, sturdy, and with 3 switch brightness choices. The LED lighting is soft at any selection. It is also adjustable to height and how close the light is needed. Bought for my daughter, who doesn't seem to know, what a lamps "OFF " switch is for. Stays on for a few and then shuts down on it's own. Now to find similar for the rest of the lights in the house. Highly Recommended for those with similar situations.

Simple, straight forward, no fuss no mess, just how I like it. I bought light. It arrived immediately and it works perfectly. If this thing starts to break down I will revise my rating. It would be awesome if this light had the ability to dim and change tint, but it takes tricky electronics to make stuff work and the reviews of all the products offering the fancy features make clear those lights break down within days or months of normal use. This is a good lamp the provides good light. I was surprised how much I actually liked this light, as I wasn't expecting much, but it is great and the price is cheap too. The 60 minute timer is nice. Small, no heat, it is all plastic but that keeps the unit very light weight yet sturdy enough to remain in place. I may buy a few more to replace some other desk lamps. ... show more

Love this lamp! I am a crafter and recently the spring on my other lamp went out. I went to the local craft store and saw a similar lamp but it was too expensive. Crafters in a social media page I'm on suggested this lamp and I'm glad I purchased. I love how it is nice and bright but I can adjust the arm to dim the light flow. My work desk is an L shape desk so it allows me to rotate it to which ever side that I am working. The best part to my husband is that there is a timer.
