I bought 2 of these for my daughter's to go on a school class trip. While at their destination they got caught in a rain storm and we're very happy they had these rain jackets. They wore them for about an hour and stayed completely dry. They both loved the fact that the jackets worked as well as they did, and that they are so lightweight. The girls both had backpacks with them that were stuffed, and these jackets easily fit into a side pocket in their included carry bag. I'm 5'2, 135lbs with an hourglass body type. When I first bought this, I purchased a medium-- it ended up being too big overall but especially in the arms, so I exchanged it for a small. The small fit perfectly! I bought this in time to use for a week-long camping trip in the western NC mountains, during which it rained quite a bit. This kept me dry throughout it all! I actually spent a full day outside in near-constant rainfall as I went hiking, followed by an outdoor theatre production-- I didn't get wet, and the zippered underarms were very helpful in keeping me from getting warm and sticky. Coverage is great and it's very lightweight. I also liked that the cuffs were adjustable and the length of the coat is perfect. This is going to be my everyday rain jacket-- I would get it again and highly recommend. One thing to note: the pink is a beautiful blush color. I waited several months to write this review, I wanted to actually wear it in rainy weather to see how it performs. I am so pleased with this jacket. I do lots of hiking and backpacking so I wanted something durable and lightweight. I was looking at several name brand jackets that cost much more than this but didn't have nearly the same features. This jacket is waterproof, I've worn it in conditions from light drizzle to heavy rain and have not some much as gotten damp through the coat. There are so many pockets, both inside and out that offer so much versatility. The fit is customizable, the waist and hood have drawstrings but more importantly the back of the hood does too so it keeps the brim from drooping over your eyes. The ventilation is superior. The mesh lining keeps air moving but this jacket also has pit zips! A feature not available in jackets costing twice as much. The outer shell fabric is soft yet durable and when I spilled my coffee on myself it wiped right off without staining. Not that I will likely use it, the jacket also comes with a compression stuff sack. The zippers on the front and pockets are all taped and reinforced and not once has the lining gotten caught in the zipper. This jacket seems built to last. I bought this rain jacket back in 2021. It's been a good jacket. It's held up in the rain pretty well except for heavy rains, then it starts to leak a little at the seams. I love the top pocket where you can put your phone and doggie poop bags. I like the Velcro sleeves that you can adjust how tight you want the sleeve. The hood stays tight on your head when zipped all the way up and you can pull it tighter if need be. Overall it's been a great coat! However...after 3 years of wearing it, the sleeves started smelling sour because I walk the dog wearing it and he's a very tall dog. I couldn't stand it anymore and had to wash it even though I was scared to do it. I washed it in cold water just like the label said. Did not dry it in the dryer. Hanged dry. I even washed it on my Waterproof cycle. The next time I wore it in the rain, I got soaked! The waterproof was gone! I'm so upset because I followed the directions to the T. This jacket CAN NOT BE WASHED! It will not work for you if you do. I wish the company would just say, you can't wash the jacket or it will remove the waterproof substance. It's a shame because it's really a good jacket and comes in a variety of colors. I bought the Sea Blue which is very close to our Carolina Panthers football color so I was fashionable at the rainy games. Good jacket but don't wash it! ... show more

I looked everywhere and did not find what I needed till this came along. Light weight. Fits great. True to size. Washes easily. Just air dry. I love the light lining. It cinches up at arms and neck and was totally waterproof. Lots of pockets. Perfect for white water rafting in the cold canyons

I guess I’m just picky, but this one is perfect! I travel in places which often have rain and wind. So, I needed a hooded rain jacket that was packable, comfortable, rain /windresistant (or waterproof), distinctive color, and durable. I went through ordering and receiving, then returning 6 different jackets before I found this one. I wore it today in the rain and am very pleased. Great color(teal), design (love the Velcro sleeve closures), water resistance, fit, and packability. It’s got all the positives of the much more pricey brands plus a reasonable price. (Now I need to find a matching one for my dog!) ... show more

This rain jacket is terrific. Everything I was looking for in a raincoat to take on my trip to Sweden in the spring. It was often rainy and windy but not very cold and the coat along with my travel umbrella was perfect. Wore this over a long sleeved cotton t-shirt and lightweight merino wool sweater on most days and was very comfortable. Loved the warm gray color, nicely understated. Great fit and many thoughtful features. Zippers worked well. Good quality fabric that was soft and quiet. Bundled up into the small pouch bag the jacket came with and did not take up much space or add much weight to my luggage. My fashion-aware daughter really liked it. So good style points.
