Got this thinking the seat would be nice and soft and easy on my hips but it is way firmer than I expected. The lumbar support is hard and can kind of dig into my back too. It's a pretty good chair for the price but not what I needed.

Its a decent chair. I've been setting on it for a few weeks now, and its been working out for me pretty well. Of particular note is the adjustable back rest, which makes it easy for me (as a rather tall person) to make sure that my back has proper lumbar support, which my previous chair did not really have. There are some disadvantages however: It may seem unseemly to talk about, but it needs to be said - the soft, fabric-y cushion makes my legs and butt sweat if I sit in it for a while. Its uncomfortable, and I have a nagging suspicion that over time it might start to smell. On top of that, the wheels are just terrible. They're made out of a hard, cheap plastic which is guaranteed to scratch floors as it moves around. I am already going through the process of replacing them with softer, silicone-type wheels which should be much better. On a chair this expensive, its frankly weird that they chose such cheap wheels. ... show more
