Piece of junk. Normal dispenser doesn't work. Pump doesn't work. Had to unplug because water is spilling all over the floor and we didn't want to be electrocuted. Trying to return and email communication is a joke. Amazon provided a return label provided by the company with postage I have to pay for. I don't know why I have to pay for postage of a watercooler when it was broken when it arrived. Super unhappy.

I received this cooler and was excited about using it, but after waiting 24 hours to set it up, the cold water function is not getting my water cold. I attempted to reach out to the seller, with no response. And I see that I would have to pay to send the product back. They’re new to amazon and I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from them. I should’ve known when the product was delivered by fedex and not through amazon. Very disappointing

The machine is lightweight and has great hot and cold functions! I'd like to share some advice. When buying a 50-gallon bottle, remember to check the size; not all 50 gallons will fit. Also, be sure to read the instructions after receiving it. Because I didn't read the instructions carefully, I ended up with a dry boil and the hot water wouldn't work. I almost thought it was broken, but I had to find a tool to reset it and it worked!
