    • A month of good use before breaking!
The media could not be loaded. Well, the month I had this machine it was great, for the most part. I had issues getting the steamer to work on anything more than an oz of liquid as it splashed everywhere the first 4 times I used it. I let the water run out accidentally and that was a nightmare as you have to plunge more water in the line and the plunger they give you has a very loose rubber gasket that fell off into the ether. Luckily I have stretched ears and rigged up something that barely works. Well, this water issue happened again last night as I wasn't paying attention as one often does and managed to get water in the line and everything set up again, got my coffee made without a hitch, well, minus the steamer not shutting off right away like usual… And then this morning. Turned the unit on and water started leaking out the steamer for no reason. Okay, weird. Got the coffee ready and went to brew and… Water out the steamer. Huh… Okay. Lets try the steam function… Water. Okay, good. Lets try the water function… Water,m. Good. Lets try coffee 3 more times… Water! Turn the unit off again. On. Coffee. Water out the steam hole. I bought this October 23 and its now 12/2. Edit: Contacted the company directly and they were kind enough to issue me a refund since they didnt have any available replacements. ... show more

    • Good for Price, Issues have easy fixes
I bought this espresso machine in early October in preparation for a move. I did not use it until November, and on Thanksgiving day, after about six uses, ALL water in the machine would route directly to the steam wand. This was extremely obnoxious as I had only had it in use for about a month. However, I contacted the support email listed in the user manual and they recommended a simple solution. I had to pull the outer layer of the steam wand off, hold a paper towel to it, and brew espresso. This would force all the water to be redirected to where it’s supposed to go. It’s worked without a hitch since! I am knocking a star off for how quickly this issue popped up, however the fix took literal seconds and I received the email back within a couple hours. It can also be quite messy, steaming milk-wise and how wet the pucks can get, however an at-home espresso machine at this price is bound to have quirks. The support team was also extremely helpful and very willing to send a replacement or give a refund if their solution didn’t work out—so props to them! ... show more
