This is the best dog bed of this style I’ve tried. The base is thick and supportive, and the bolstered sides are full and fluffy. It features a long, round bolster that fits into a zippered pocket, which feels much more durable than typical designs. I especially love the raised sides, they keep my floppy girl from sliding off while she sleeps, help contain her chew bones, and give her leverage while chewing. She’s currently 50 lbs and still growing, and the 42x30 size seems like a great long-term fit (though with her being half Great Pyrenees, we’ll see how big she gets!). My only complaint is the color, which is more of a personal preference. The “cool silver” tone reads cooler in person than it appears in the photos, so it didn’t blend as well with our warmer-toned room. I included a third photo comparing it to another gray bed for reference, the quality of this one is far superior, but the other color fits our space better. ... show more

We purchased the Comfort Expression Orthopedic Dog Bed (45x35) and have been really impressed with the quality. The bed is heavy and feels very well-made, not flimsy at all. The foam seems supportive and holds its shape nicely. It works perfectly for our 75 lb Labrador and our 40 lb Golden Retriever puppy. There’s plenty of room, and both dogs seem very comfortable lounging and sleeping on it. It’s big enough for them to stretch out without feeling cramped. I love this dog bed, or shall I say that my dog loves this bed. It was very easy to assemble and it seems like it’s really good quality. It’s a great price compared to other ones that don’t seem to be as good. The photos that I’m submitting will say everything.

My pups seem to never want to leave this bed. Wonderful look and comfort! EASY TO WASH! A little difficult to reassemble on your own. Wish this had an easier one person function.

This is a very nice quality dog bed. My only advice is to think about your dog's size (not weight) and sleeping preferences when deciding on which size bed to get. I went with the manufacturer's suggested size based on my dog's weight, and the bed is a bit too big for him. For some dogs that might not matter, but my dog prefers to feel cozily enclosed when he sleeps, and I think he'd prefer something smaller so he could feel better surrounded on all sides by the walls of the bed. I've experimented with remedying this by placing a large pillow on the bed, but I think ideally the bed would just be smaller. The bed has a nice soft texture, seems to be nice and warm, retains its shape well, and has help up nicely, but my dog hasn't been too rough with it (e.g. he doesn't chew it), so I can't say how it would hold up under heavier abuse. All in all a good quality bed – just try to be sure that you're getting the right size for your dog. ... show more

If you are going to invest in a dog bed, let it be this one. My dogs loves it. It is very comfortable and SUPER easy to wash! It has water proof liners over the cushions, which is why I originally purchased it. Definitely the best dog bed that I have ever purchased BY FAR.

Easy to put together, doesnt have any weird smell from the foam. I bought 2- one for each dog but they seem to prefer to lay together which this is big enough to house both dogs so im able to have one in the living room and one upstairs in the bedroom. The foam is thick enough to make the dogs comfortable. Havent had to clean it yet, but it seems like it will be easy as all you need to do is unzip it and throw it i to the washer. Will update if i find any issues with that. I like the design having the raised outer edging. The dogs seems to prefer to lay their heads on that part like a pillow. Id say it was a good purchase for the anount i paid. Was using a hefty memory foam bean bag before, these are a lot lighter and easier to move around. ... show more
