This is a nice automatic deadbolt lock for the money. It’s solid, attractive and well made, and easy to physically install. Programming it is a bit of a pain, however, and the programming instructions aren’t the best (the physical installation instructions are fine). We have it as a lock between the garage and the house because we wanted a lock with an auto lock feature. The longest auto lock interval is 99 seconds, which is a bit short, but still fine for our security needs. So, overall, I recommend this lock for the price. It’s not fancy (WiFi, fingerprint, etc) like the far more more expensive brand-name lock we have on the front door, but great for our application. I recommend this lock for the price. ... show more

I bought this lock and installed it the day after by myself. Previously I had purchased 3 Kwiksets and a Schlage. All high dollar purchases were found to be defective after installation. This lock was relatively priced right, easier to install than the other 4 more expensive locks. Is not only reliable, but works like a dream! I would definitely buy again. Most importantly, a well-written installation and user manual. It is plain-Jane black plastic on the interior (thumb turn and back cover) but the functionality is equal or better than the Schlage that this replaced. The only missing information in the user manual is how to change the 4 AA batteries, and whether you need to reset the master and all user codes. I filled out the warranty on the TEEHO site and got an unhelpful email in return. “Thank you for submitting this information and we will get back to you.” Really??? BUY THE KEYPAD!!!! When I told my friend I was installing a keyless entry, she laughed and said "good luck". She had a hell of a time trying to get hers installed. This thing was a BREEZE to install! We are very happy with this product, the PRICE and how easy it is to enter our home. It's so great for the kids as well. We didn't need one that was fancy or needed an app. Just a nice simple keyless entry! I have recommended this to my friends and neighbors already! The only issue we had was "operator error". When I went to change the master code to my own, I wasn't hitting the TEEHO button twice. Finally figured it out and felt stupid! LOL ... show more

This product was extremely easy to install! From the time I opened the box to the time I reset the pin code, it took me about 15 minutes to swap out my old deadbolt. The buttons are high-quality and glow blue when you press them. When you press to lock button, it turns red to show you that it’s locked. You can easily program in a master pin number, then easily add alternate pin numbers that are easily erased when you no longer need them for people that might be housesitting your house, housekeepers, or workers you may have working at your place. ... show more
